Great experience this morning. Was super early when we needed the tow but got a call right back. Wait time wasn't long at all. Jason was super friendly and he had some great driving skills. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks hindmans yall rock.

Was a 5 star rating until they swindled me out of my car by changing the date from 2012 to 2006. Knowing they didn t make Terraines in 06. Money talks I guess. If they tell you your car isn t there tell them you want to come see for yourself!!! That mistake cost me.

I just wanted to say the tow truck drive Mr. Jay was the best driver in town. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have the best customer service ever. Call them up today. Trust me they will treat you right.

Don't know anything about this business but called a couple days to ask a question and whoever answered the phone obviously did not have time to talk and was very curt and less than helpful. I found another wrecker service.

Best Wrecker place I have ever had to deal with. I wish I could remember the young man's name who helped me so I could let them know how friendly and helpful he was . He told me his name and I have forgotten. I do remember he was driving a Ford Ranger and I think it was black. Props to this young man thank you for your kindness sir!!

I called early one morning for a tow, was told it would be a couple of hours. I assume it was the driver because he said he would get me on his way back thru. Couple hrs later I called back & got the receptionist, she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. Said the driver was working a wreck & that she didn't know how long it would take. My point, there was no communication or concerns about my situation.

The only reason I give one star is so I can write this. This is by far the slowest towing company I've ever seen in my life. Also no one in the office what so ever I would not recommend using this company

The dispatcher in the office is absolutely disrespectful. I would never recommend anybody to deal with this company. Complete garbage.

My husband called at 9:00am and waited 4 hours for them to arrive to get keys out of a car ... would not recommend

I called at 7:30 am and was told to call back at 8:00 am and he was rude about it, so I called A1 towing and he was there 10mins later..
