They had my tires by the next day and beat every competitors price around. They got me in first thing that next morning and were done in barely an hour. Great shop with great people!

Quality work and reasonable price, the owner was great, the tire tech was knowledgeable and got me in out out of there in 15 minutes. I had a tire that needed replaced and they sold me good tread used tire and didn t price gouge me, if I ever need new or used tires, I will be sure to use their services again.

New & Used Discount Tires was the first place I thought of when my front tire blew out. Mr. Richard was very kind and helpful. The company went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with service and pricing. Everything turned out perfect! Stopped at Venture 22 on 02/25/2023 to get a flat tire repaired on a trailer. These people have no ability on how to operate a simple business. I was told as soon as they finish the car in the shop they would repair my flat - that was not the case. They continued to put new customers in front of me and kept telling me I was next. After watching the Tech hammer sockets onto the lugs of vehicles (repeatedly) to remove tires - I departed with out repair.

Hey guys if you looking for that worker who will go beyond for you. I'm telling now days that's hard to find. We all want it, it's that youthful ambition that makes life worth living cause its chance that good people do exists. I been to tire shops with coffee and a rocking chair and this place beats them just by having this one great employee ROB. If you go ask for him. A young guy who did a beyond awesome job. Tire Discount please do the guy right, losing him would matter.

Got a used tire installed and everything was going great until it came time to balance the wheel.The techs have little knowledge on how to properly balance a tire.First mistake one of the techs made was trying to use hammer on weights on an aluminum sport wheel which dose not have a rear lip for hammer weights. I watched the tech hammering on my wheel trying to get one of these weights on I quickly told him that stick on weights were required for my wheel. After he balanced the wheel using stick on weights he gave me the wheel back and the first thing I noticed was the old weights were still on the inside of my wheel. I brought this up to the tech and asked why the old weights were not removed to which he replied saying I ve got 3 years experience doing tires. The proper way to balance a wheel is you leave the old weights and the the Machine will tell you if it needs more weights. I told him this was not correct and I would feel more comfortable if he just rebalanced the wheels but take the old ones off. He agreed and said he would rebalance the wheel and I thought it was all going to be good until he gave the wheel back to me again and it was COUNTER BALANCED. Instead of trying to tell him anything again I just paid and left. If this shop got their techs better training it would be a great place for tires as the prices are extremely fair and the tires are good quality.

They are a great group of people I had a problem and they fixed it.please come and shop here the prices are reasonable and they have wonderful service. I give them five stars.

If you're looking for quality new or used tires, Primetime Discount Tires is the place to go. They're service is fast, exceptionally friendly and affordable. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be doing business with them again soon.

Had no problem with the initial purchase and installation of tires. The problem is with after the sale support. Within a month or so of buying tires, one was damaged by a puncture. The specific tires I bought cover this under warranty. The claim process involved waiting on a claim form, them filling it out (with my help), me BUYING a new tire, then waiting to be reimbursed. It s been over 6 months, and I m still holding the bill for that tire that was covered by warranty. It may not be entirely the shops fault, but when paying nearly $800 for truck tires, next time I believe I will get them somewhere like Sam s Club that has their own road hazard warranty.

Tire changer cracked my rim while installing a new tire tht I bought. I told him he need to fix my broke rim but he denied cracking my rim. I watched him do it and he still denied it! I even talked with the owner and believes his worker didn't crack it and said it looks like someone drove over something and cracked it. I don't recommend this place at all!!

Went to get a tire mounted today that I brung in myself and was charged $21 after the work was done when Walmart (an actual name brand business) only charged $13 so I KNOW i was upcharged and made to wait longer than I should have on purpose. Then the old guy also downtalked my walmart tire saying it can't be any good from what I paid. Lastly but not least him and his wife were rude and I will never be going back and neither of my friends. I'm posting reviews everywhere until it's justified. And the only reason I gave them 1 star was cause it wouldn't let me rate them no stars but their rating to me is honestly a 0.

Just left here and it was great. Prices low great customer service very fast and Eric Eazy was very fun to be around. Definitely coming back here.
