Always had my parts knowledgeable friendly staff. Oreo always knows his stuff and he is always ready to help. They stay pretty busy but never have had a long wait.

They rarely ever have the part we need without ordering. Also had to wait on service for 15-20 minutes just to hear that they don't have the part. Maybe try a different store.

Out of three separate occasions they don't answer the phone when you call and refuse to deliver 0.7 of a mile unless you are a business.
