I was trying to purchase oil for a vehicle for my spouse, and the punk behind the counter decided he wanted to argue with me, about the oil I chose to purchase. This punk then chose to call my spouse retarded to me, and became very scared and shaken the moment I told him he shouldn t talk that way to others, let alone a CUSTOMER of the store. Considering I have a disability myself, it is very disappointing to hear someone working a customer service job, calling their customers retarded Not only will I never return to this store, I will never shop at an auto zone again. This punk of an employee should be held to a higher standard. Shame on autozone, and shame on the owner of this store to let it happen to begin with. One word: Cowards.

Real classy being called retarded by the 18 year old kid behind the counter because he couldn t just sell me the oil I wanted. I ve been a dealership service advisor for 4.5 years and have 250k miles on a car I service myself. Sorry my lady brain offended you!

Me and my daughter went in the sylacauga store. Every time I go in, the staff is always friendly and they are very helpful. This time there was a new lady . She was rude , she cut me off when talking. She didn't listen to what we said we needed. Yet had an attitude when I said the website said they had it, and turns out she put in the wrong thing. Then she couldn't find it and was rude to the boss there. She just had a smart mouth to everyone. Like she was too good to work at a parts store. If she's like this next time I will need to find a new place to get my parts. I didn't order everything I needed just because I didn't want to deal with her anymore

No help. They'd rather talk amongst each other than offer any assistance. They believe they know morw than you, so you don't deserve their attention. I felt neglected, disrespected, and offended by my last visit. I will not be back.

Parts are over priced advance and O Reillys can get them cheaper and much quicker I ordered something from AutoZone. They said it would be there the next day I waited for three days, and it never showed up at that store I had to drive to Alexcity to pick up my parts not to mention they didn t even ring up my order right the first time I was supposed to pay for everything when I first showed up but apparently the guy at the counter didn t charge me for everything he left out a few items I needed ordered but thankfully they had them I stock BUT the workers are really nice and accommodating

Outstanding customer service! Returned a bad Bosch oxygen sensor without any questions (still within warranty). Uplifting conversation with female representative (didn't catch her name, otherwise I would use it) that was such a pleasure. Thanks!

My sweet brother is doing his sister breaks on his birthday....Awe! Grateful! AutoZone is great, the staff is friendly and so helpful. The store is always neat and clean. I never have problems finding anything I need. FANTASTIC JOB GUYS & GALS

The employee at the register didn't seem to know what he was talking about and when I asked for PTFE hosing I was stared at like I was insane...had to explain its for a fuel line

Great customer service and friendly employees every time I go in there for anything I need. The prices are fair in most things but some things are on the expensive side but they have great guarantees in almost all there parts so you get what you pay for.. It's my go to Parts store in my city wherever I need some help fixing my vehicles. Thanks for being good to me all these years AutoZone

Gave an extra start because whoever answered the phone had the decency to accept fault for an issue, and was polite.Placed order online, and received an email that the order is ready for pickup. So, I drove from C'burg (past the AutoZone that said they are out of stock online) to Sylacauga, only to be told that the parts I ordered were not in stock, despite the notification that they WERE in stock.Rather than calling me and letting me know, they issued a refund. Refund will take 3 to 5 business days to hit my card. I'm down to a couple dollars in the bank, I used my last bit of money for parts to fix a car for work.Had they actually called me and let me know it's not in stock and not to make the drive, I would have requested they order the parts and I'd come pick them up tomorrow. But now, I'm broke for the next week. I can't even order the parts.Please, PLEASE Autozone, next time this happens to someone, call them IMMEDIATELY and let them know, and ask them if they'd prefer a refund or to order the parts. Your customer should decide what should be done with their money.

Went in to get a replacement antenna for my car March 3rd 2021! When I went to check out the guy at the register was talking to a guy who just walked in and asked where the wheel covers were and he walked over a showed him! Instead of coming back to check me out he stood there talking when I ask him to check me out he ignored me and kept talking. This guy looked like a school kid and was very rude! I will not be going to the Sylacauga store again! I'll go to Cbu e.g. or take my business to another parts store!

Knowledgeable staff, no BS on returns (keep your receipt) and if they don't have it they'll go out of their way to find it. Good local guys with a pretty good understanding of anything automotive.
