Just got back from getting my 2021 Honda Ridgeline windows tinted. Once again excellent customer service and a professional job. This is probably my 5 or 6 car to be done here and my brother uses them also. Roger is really professional and Joann is a pro at tinting. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. They also stock a lot of accessories like tool boxes and step bars.

Too shelf outfit. Closed on Sat., Sun. & Mondays. Four days on and three days off and that s awesome!They were very knowledgeable and skilled with fair pricing. Efficient & friendly too. They sell a pretty good range of auto accessories too. Overall very satisfied customers. Thanks.

Roger and the staff at Auto Trim pays great attention to detail. I have had the windows on 8 vehicles or more tinted there and all have turned out great and lasted with out issues. I have also had Step Bars and Truck bed Carpet installed and It all looked as if it came from the factory that way. Highly Recommend.

My husband had his truck windows tinted here. They are 40 minutes from where we live, but highly recommended by a friend. Great experience, it was quick, under an hour and it looked great. So we schedule my car for the 1st available appt., a couple of months away. No problem. My husband wasn't able to pay deposit over the phone that day - somekind of trouble with payment system. Female told my husband no problem, we were a repeat customer. Morning of 1 pm appointment I call to confirm time only to find my appointment had been cancelled because a deposit wasn't paid and they had already scheduled another for that time slot. She said he (her husband?) tried contacting me the day before but I had just swapped to a new phone -and my voice mail wasn't set up yet. Next available appt.was in May. I just tell her I'll reschedule, or find another place to have it done. She offered to call if there was a cancellation. My husband calls them and reminds her that she said the deposit issue was okay. She admits she didn't make a note of it and they can get me in. I take my lunch hour and an extra hour (or so) off from work, drive 40 minutes one way, then when I say I'll just wait while it's being done, he says that it will take 3-4 hours for my sedan. I based my timeline on our previous experience (<1 hour) and we were NOT told on any of the three phone calls leading up to the appointment to expect a 3-4 hour window! They even knew I was driving from 40 minutes away. I am not bashing this business, I am just sharing my experience. You can call this a series of mis-communications and odd events but I call it just poor customer service. We will never do business here again.

I had a bug deflector, splash guards vent visors and front tag holder put on my wife's 2021 Toyota Rav 4. Super nice people to do business with and they do great work would recommend that you go see them youll be glad you did.
