Bryxton was a big help! He was able to get me set up with a insurance policy much cheaper than State Farm was going to charge me. Thankful that I chose to use Acceptance!

No one is ever there when they are supposed to be and the only time you'll get anyone on the phone is if they call you other than that don't bother. Can't get help from anyone.Updating months later and am happy will be leaving soon. May be under new management but they are no better. Its the middle of the day on a Tuesday and have called multiple times and still no one will answer..

I heard about the company through advertisement from Megan Harris. I called and was helped immediately. Megan is very professional and such a sweetheart. I received a great policy with a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. You guys are amazing!

I had a great experience with my agent! Megan Harris answered all my questions and gave me the best commercial insurance for my company. She was very polite and made sure I understood my policy. I definitely recommend her for my other friends with businesses

I am the managing agent of this location. I joined the team here October of 2020. This is by far the most inclusive and personable company I ve ever worked for. We have Chic-fil-a standards here and we guarantee a pleasant experience. The rates are great and so are our team members.

I went in to get a quote and was taken care of by a Mr. Michael Adams. He was incredibly helpful and informative hands down the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Mr. Adams and Acceptance Insurance!

I have had different insurance agents over the years, but none of them make you feel like the care more then Chelsea. I really appreciate all the hard work you guys do to make sure your customers are taken care of. I have recommended you to all of my friends.

I pay my bill on line but had a question and was going to go in to ask in person but I didn't even get in the door completely and they were being rude because I did not have a face mask. There is no mandate anymore and I don't wear them anyways because I have COPD and when it is humid I struggle to breath without one and to wear one would suffocate me but they refuse to even let you in the door without one. They do not have to be rude to people who choose not to wear one.

I'm really satisfied with this company! They gave me the best quote that I could find and they gave me a lot of information about insurance which helped me out a lot. Also, they call me and let me know that my bill is due when I'm running late. You can't beat that!

I was unhappy on yesterday but the call I just received from the store manager made me feel this is where my business should be thanks Megan so much for your friendly customer service I'm n management myself and it's superior that we make sure our customers are taking care of because they make it happen again thanks !
