Charles was exceptional to work with. We had a copper line bust in our hot water heater. After analyzing the unit, Charles ordered us a new hot water heater. Replacement unit was ordered and installed within 24hrs. Charles went the extra mile and made sure to tape all of the seams to help with any future issues. Highly recommend.

Charles was very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. We had a leak that we could not figure out where it was coming from, he showed up the same day we called, diagnosed it as our hot water heater, and helped us navigate our warranty company! After he was done fixing it he even took the time to fill the old tank back up and show us where the leak was. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone!

After 2 blowouts on kitchen slide side of our 2015 Crusader, the electrical wiring was torn all apart. Charles responded and met us at Gulf State Park very shortly after our arrival there. He was professional and worked diligently to track down the wires and repair everything. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance in that area. Thank you Charles!
