Excellent service! We needed a repair done on one of our egress windows (the adhesive failed) and a kitchen leak. Jesse was extremely courteous and excellent at communicating his arrival (right on time) for our repairs. He was very knowledgeable, we felt confident we had called a good technician and won t hesitate to contact him again if needed.

Mr Jessie was very nice came when I called was very polite and his prices are very reasonable compared to everyone else s. he knew exactly what he was doing. make sure everything was working before he left. kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Also sent me photos when he was finished. Very pleased with his work will be happy to call him again, if I need assistance in this again, I will also recommend them to anyone else that has a Travel TrailerService: Air conditioning

Jesse at Island RV Repair did an outstanding job of replacing our Winegard Satellite Dish. He first worked on diagnosing the issue and went through all the troubleshooting steps Winegard recommended (replace the Coax, replace the LNB) and then when none of those corrected the problem, he received the next step from Winegard, which was to replace the entire system. He worked with our warranty company who stated the replacement was under warranty and would be covered, less our $100 deductible. He ordered the unit for us, replaced the unit and now our satellite is working again. We can't thank him enough as he took it upon himself to address of the many "headachy" steps with the warranty company. We are so pleased with his work.

Great service!The tech showed up when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and very competent. He filed the claim with our warranty/ insurance company, and then notified me when they approved the claim. He then ordered the part and contacted me as soon as it arrived.Very professional! They took care of the problem on site both times when I needed work done.Extremely reliable!They came out when all the other companies blew me off, or told me I would have to take my camper to their shop for the repair.I will use them the next time I need a repair, and I would highly recommend you do the same.5 stars all the way!

If you want great rv servicing, contact Jesse at Island RV. Had him come over to do a warranty inspection and he noticed a few other issues and promptly fixed them. I was very fortunate because these issues could have cost me a lot of money in the future.Thanks again Jesse for a job well done.

We called Island Rv from Blakely State Park when we had trouble with our slide. They went to great lengths to get our part and get it installed at our campsite. Very impressed with their knowledge, experience, and integrity. Highly recommend

I ve called IslandRV twice now and have had expectational service both times. The first time was for A/C maintenance and second was for a water leak, and both maintenance calls were responded to the very next day. Not only were the issues fixed, but he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave me tips for moving forward. Highly recommend for any RV issue! You know it s a great business when you save the number to your contacts

We had a awning lost during a Rouge thunderstorm. Not being from the area, I searched the reviews & decided to contact Jesse. He worked with us even though our RV Insurance company, National General, first wanted to use 3rd party adjuster sitting in an office, then wanted to short us on paying,by paying for lower cost equipment than was on RV originally. Jesse worked with them for us. Bottom line, this is a very honest man and great company to work with. He delivered a top notch product like we originally had an the RV. Jesse was prompt to communicate back with us, stayed on top of the problem and did an excellent job. I cannot say enough about this fine young man and the business ethics he exhibits. I highly recommend him if you find yourself in this area (Balwin county, AL) & especially if you need on-site service.

Jesse with Island RV was at campground and at my lot within the first hour of the initial call for a service call. Jesse was able to diagnose my AC in as little as 5 minutes and had my brand new AC installed in 45! Staying in the area and our flush valve on the toilet started leaking. Called Island rv and he came out the same day (admittedly it was bc it was raining and he couldn't do any of his scheduled jobs bc of that). It didn't take long, he was professional, and considering he came out to my rv spot I think he was affordable.
