Got 4 new tires mounted and balanced. All was going good, they weren't very busy and the guy putting the tires on was getting the job done...Until the female that logs customers in decided since she wasn't busy so she trotted herself in the garage and started talking to the technician working on our tires slowing him down big time....

On Black Friday I got two $80,000 Mi Goodyear Assurance tires and an oil change for $175 they were going to put the cheaper $59 tires on there and didn't have those so they put the more expensive Goodyear on there for the same price you can't beat that price and you can't be at Walmart auto care

Had a tire issue with my 5th wheel. These guys were awesome. Called and they had the tire waiting. Didn t take them 20 minutes to get my tire changed. Incredible service. Everyone was incredibly friendly! 5 stars aren t enough.

While driving along the highway on a rainy, cold Saturday morning, I had a low tire pressure warning light on my car. Stopped at a gas station to put air in my tires, but wasn't confident if the old coin operated air pump was working properly, what tire(s) needed air, if the pressure gage on the air pump hose was accurate...I needed professional tire assistance. Fortunately, this Walmart was only a few miles away and their auto service department was open. I was promptly attended, all tires were checked for leaks/nails/etc, air pressure checked and air put into several tires, and sent on my way without a service charge. With ease of mind knowing the tires were properly aired, I was able to complete my trip. I greatly appreciated the excellent and courteous service I received.

Said they would start on it in 20 minutes there was one car in front of me already in progress and it should take a little less than an hour. So bought groceries came back an hour later and they were working on other cars that came in later and had not even started. When they finally got to it found out they left the key in the ignition and now the battery was dead to. Two hours later and still here ok they just said they would replace the battery for free so that's much betterService: Tires

If you like waiting 2-3 for a simple oil change and watching while the tech opens your hood, pulls out the dipstick, looks at it, then closes hood and goes to eat starburst, then repeats this process for over an hour, then this is the place for you.Seriously, this happened to me on 10/15/22 at just after 1pm.Another gentleman I was speaking to had his car there for OVER 2 and a half hours just to get an oil change. After already waiting for 1.5 hours I decided to take my car back with no work being performed. Incompetent staff, incompetent managment. I will not have my Saturday wasted by these individuals again.

It took 15 minutes to check in for oil change. We were told there was one car in front of us. We saw it in the garage with the hood up and 2 mechanics chatting in front of it. 65 minutes later, we were told they just started our oil change. 15 more minutes pass and they said they could not find the right filter wrench which is odd because we brought this vehicle here last year. 15 more minutes pass and they pull our vehicle out of the bay. Overall, we spent 1 hour 50 minutes for an oil change. We don t plan to return to this Walmart.

Went to get a oil change and 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced today waited about 3 and a half hours if not longer to get all that done then had to tell them to put my hubcaps back on my car well they did and it wasn t long after that I was going down the road and lost one of my hubcaps were they did not do there job properly I m very disappointed in the job they done and hope they start doing there job and management says something about this this is terrible businessServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Another 5 stars!! Went in for a new set of tires, and they let me know I only needed two. Got the tires and an oil change in an hour! Friendly, fast and great service as usual.

We had a blow out on our RV limped here and Paul changed put our spare on. They didn t have our tire size (we would ve bought a new one). He changed it quickly we were on our way!!! Great service
