Great John Deere dealer with a hometown feel. The Service department gave me several options for rebuild vs recondition and the techs were more than happy to walk me through the exact causes of my tractor's problems.They were awesome to work with when purchasing new equipment and implements, doing their level best to get us the best price.

My wife sent our lawn mower to get serviced tune up. We had problems get the lawn mower started. Trigreen picked up the lawn mower and said the gas tank was dirty so we got it cleaned up it was more than $180. The total bill was over $548 and change. This included the tune up. I ve been working out of town and came home to make sure everything was ok. The lawn mower would not start. The lawn mower slow turning over. so I checked out the battery. The connection was corroded and not cleaned. The battery was over 6 years old and they did not recommend to replace? I called Trigreen and the service asked me if I want them to pick up the lawn mower to clean the terminals? I said no I ll do it myself. I the don t even think the gas tank needed to be cleaned. I got a new battery and cleaned the connection and now it works great. I won t be going back TriGreen. The service department isn t that good.

My husband had Trigreen pickup our e -100 because the solenoid was shot. He had also asked that basic maintenance be done, oil change, blades sharpened, and a tube put in a front tire that keep going flat. They told him at the dealership that spindle replacement would an extra $250. All in all it cost more than $750 to repair a mower that originally cost $1400 five years ago, and the mower only has 55 hours of use on it. Ergo, two stars!Barbara B.

They were knowledgeable & efficient. They either had or found what I needed quickly & we're so easy to deal with. Other dealers that I talked with didn't seem to care if they had what I wanted or if they could get it.

Billy was an awesome salesman! I purchased my tractor sight unseen based on his recommendation (pictures and video) and had it shipped up to me in Michigan. The tractor is just as he described. You won't go wrong using TriGreen!

I'm driving 130 miles from North Georgia to bring my old 2020 tractor there, because the fellows at this John Deere location know what they're talking about, do good work, care, and will help you over the phone if you call with questions. Eric and Jarrod have forgotten more that you will ever know about your equipment.

I purchased an e15 rotary cutter from Jordan Milam at Scottsboro TriGreen.He made it easy and stress free. No pressure.always took the time to answer my questions. The price he gave me was exactly what he said it would be.Great sales experience. Thanks. highly Recommend!

We bought a zero turn lawn mower for a great price. It was scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday. We called them on Wednesday morning about delivering at another time because of rain. They delivered it that afternoon! They were great to buy from and are very nice people!

This store has some very intelligent people working there, so far they have fixed any issues we have had with deere mowers and tractors, nice big shop , nothing runs like a deere

If you are looking for quality in a product and service rest assured that the Tri-Green team in Scottsboro will accomplish those tasks with flying colors. A special thanks to Jordan Milam for his expertise in the products he sells. His patience and understanding in what I as a customer wanted did everything possible to make sure I had the right commercial mower for the property I own. That said would highly recommend allowing The Scottsboro team to satisfy your needs!!!

I bought a used 60" Deere Zero-Turn 930M EFI (had 1000 hours on it) over the phone from Jeff Webb. I called him at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon in early 2019 and gave him a credit card number. The machine was delivered to my home by 12:00 noon on the following Monday. The machine was just as Jeff said. Tri-green had changed oil & filter and sharpened the blades. The machine still has a year of warranty left on the original 3 year warranty. ....... I won't put over 60 hours a year mowing my yard, so these late model commercial trade-ins seem to be a really good fit for rural homeowners.

WIFE BOUGHT HER A STIHL WEED TRIMMER AT TRIGREEN IN SCOTTSBORO, AL. AFTER USEING IT LESS THAN AN HOUR THE TRIGGER BROKE. SHE CARRIED IT BACK TO TRIGREEN IN SCOTTSBORO SINCE IT WAS UNDER A 4 YEAR WARRANTY, TO REPLACE THE TRIGGER. THE MAN SHE TALKED TO TOLD HER THAT THE TRIGGER WASN'T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SHE ASK WHY AND HIS REPLY WAS "WELL THAT'S JUST ONE OF THOSE IFFY THINGS". SO HE SOLD HER A NEW TRIGGER AT THE COST OF $8.00 TO HER. A FEW DAYS LATER SHE DECIDED SHE WOULD JUST PAY TO LET TRIGREEN REPLACE THE TRIGGER THAT SHE HAD BOUGHT FROM THEM . WHEN SHE CALLED TO CHECK THE PRICE TO REPLACE IT, THE MAN TOLD HER IT WOULD BE $50. IF HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AND IF HE HAD A PROBLEM THAT TOOK OVER AN HOUR IT WOULD BE $100 BECAUSE IT WAS $50. AN HOUR FOR REPAIR. --- NOW HERE'S THE THING, SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS NONE EXISTENT AT TRIGREEN IN SCOTTSBORO AL. STIHL IS A LEADING BRAND AS FOR AS QUALITY MADE PRODUCTS. NOW TRIGREEN DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IF STIHL WOULD COVER THE REPAIR.
