This place is always busy but it's a good place to get your vehicle worked on.. they don't take appointments.. your best bet is to get there when they open at 7am or have the ability to drop your vehicle off so they can work it in.. they do stand behind their work..

Went here for the first time today. Great service, friendly people and great job getting me in and out with a set of new tires with a great price. Fast getting my tires on and back on the road. Will definitely be back. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys

We were encouraged to try Scottsboro Tire to replace our John Deere Gator tires. They were quick and did a good job at a reasonable price. I will certainly go back for other tire business. Thanks!

After having a tire leak on a long trek from AL to VA, I called Scottsboro Tire & Auto. Unlike another local big box store, they were able to fit us in immediately, replace the tire for a great price, and get us back on the road safely and quickly. Friendly staff, great value, and fast service!

I needed a hitch for my Jeep Gladiator and no matter where I shopped nobody could help. A local guy recommended Scottsboro Tire. I called and asked for Ethan as instructed. Ethan listened and soon had the part ordered. It came in the next day but when I tried it out it didn t look like it did not fit right. I called him and he kindly ordered the other one. We didn t know I was wrong. The second hitch didn t work with my bumper. Try #3 was to use the first hitch. Ethan was super kind and professional. I returned the second hitch and took the first one home where I had it installed within an hour or so. Careful Gladiator owners these hitches are a pain. Ethan is an asset to Scottsboro Tire. Thanks again Ethan.

Got recommended this shop by a friend of mine. I talked to Ethan and he hooked me up. Drove from Huntsville and would totally say it was worth it. Great pricing and fantastic customer service! If you want new tires they're okay, but F.G. Carillos is nearby and offers a 7 day used tire guarantee for less than half the price.Including labor for changing and mounting it.Costs about 60% more for a new tire with no labor here.

2/29/2023 Always get a documented quote, written or texted from this company. I had been ok with past work, but today must have been a bad day. I was quoted a price by phone, and when I arrived it was 100.00 more than the quote. Then Ethan threatened that it should have been even 100.00 more than that. I was very disappointed in that kind of tactic . Driving out of the parking lot the vehicle pulled to the right, and still pulls to the right at every take off. I called back right away and told the a representative, and was told the tires need to be switched around.I would never have agreed to the amount I was charged. I just don't have that kind of money. So, I can't imagine I heard the quote incorrectly. This is not a fake account.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Out of town and camping at Cathedral Caverns State Park. One of my fifth wheel tires picked up a hitch pin which ruined the tire. Ethan was able to get a replacement tire the next day. Great service !!!

Very rude man at the desk. I went with my friend who is pregnant. We had 2 wheels and tires loaded in the car. He told us we needed to unload them from the car. Overall would not recommend. Will not be back.

Terrible customer service. I asked my girlfriend to take my wheels to get the tires replaced as I had to work. I loaded the tires and wheels onto her car and when she arrived there they made her unload the wheels and tires so they wouldnt have to. Keep in mind that she is pregnant! Will never go back there and would not recommend.

Took my car in on 8 31 2023 they broke my center caps on my wheels and said things happen. They refused to buy me new ones. I will never do business with them anymore.

To start, I called six other tire shops looking for some all terrain tires. When I called Ethan he was incredibly helpful and honest. Definitely did not have the car salesman personality that you often experience at other auto shops. He ended up saving me over $400 dollars and was able to work with my schedule and get them mounted less than a few hours after I spoke with him. Top knotch people and great pricing!Service: Tires

I have purchased tires from Scottsboro Tire on 3 different occasions and have been pleased with the service received each time. I called them yesterday concerning replacing one of my tires that had gotten in bad shape. They did not have a replacement in stock but told me they could order one and it would be there by 7:30 this morning. I agreed for them to order one. When I arrived at 7:35, there were a few people ahead of me, so I knew I would be there for a bit. Surprisingly, I was in and out within about an hour. Their prices are slightly higher than some of the local competitors, but I would rather pay a little more to ensure I get the correct product/service and an outstanding staff to deal with. Thank you Scottsboro Tire for taking care of your customers in the manner you do. I would definitely recommend these fine folks for all of your tire needs.

These guys are top notch and had me in and out quickly. Nice guys and front staff as well as good communication. Won't take my truck anywhere else unless they cannot possibly do the work. Well done guys.
