I've been using this shop for years now and they've always been reasonable on prices.. courteous and fast depending on how busy they are of course.. they usually work by appointments and there's a waiting area if you need to wait or you can just drop your vehicle off and they'll call you when it's ready.. this is a dependable shop..

Called and explained my transmission issue, simply looking for a quote and timeframe on when I could bring my car in. Ken gave me run down on price and got me in the following day. Very satisfied with price and service. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently visited Scottsboro for a fishing trip. My truck broke down with a broken gear shifter on a Thursday night. With the help of the internet, I found Professional Auto Repair. I told Bryan my problem and had my truck towed to him. He told me he would do what he could. By 5:00 Friday afternoon Professional Auto Repair had me rolling again with a very fair price. They even checked all my fluids. Thanks to Bryan and the personnel at Professional Auto Repair. My weekend was saved.

Ken is awesome! He was eager to keep me informed every step of the way and I was able to speak with him anytime with questions. We talked in detail about specific parts and what extra work could be done before my truck was picked up to get my check engine light taken care of as well. So, all I can say is what a relief to have qualified technicians fix the problem. After having our truck in another shop for 5 months to realize they were not even planning on fixing it, we came across Professional Auto Repair, and just after talking to Ken, I had such a relief. He was upfront and stayed in touch about what the problem was and what we needed to repair it. In less than 3 weeks we had our truck back and works great! I would definitely recommend!

I had to replace my compressor in my air conditioner. Me being a single lady I was afraid I would go to the wrong people who would take advantage of meThese people are very trustworthy and so honest. They did not rip me off, and now I'm riding with air in my little 2007 Volkswagen beetle convertible. If you're looking for a repair shop for your vehicle, if you're looking for someone who will do a great job, let you know in advance and not rip you off please give these people a call.

The owner Ken was very courteous and professional. They provided great service and work on my car. The price for the amount of work they did on my car was very reasonable to me. My wife s ford explorer started leaking coolant. After a quick inspection the wonderful folks here had our water pump replaced and had us back on the road. Mr Ken was so friendly throughout the whole process from the moment we first spoke and the techs were very thorough and the price was even less than what they had originally estimated. Was traveling through town and my van broke down. Super professional, kind, and trustworthy shop that had me back on the road quickly! It was very refreshing to come across mechanics who don t drain you for every penny they can. They also did not take advantage of me and my lack of mechanical knowledge. Thank you all very much!!!
