I was very impressed with the quick attention when we walked in, and the fast service to give us an estimate. Also, they were so informative. I couldn't ask for better customer service. We haven't had the repairs made yet, but I am confident I will have the same review afterwards. Stay tuned!

This is a great business! I had a window stuck open and dropped by late afternoon with no appt. The owner and his technician dropped what they were doing, raised my window and told me the part I needed and where to get it at the lowest cost. I'll certainly be back to have them fix my vehicle, and will do the same in the future. Today was like stepping back on time to 'Mayberry'. I highly recommend them, and I have used them in the past. Very pleased then as well.

We didn t need work done here but can vouch for how awesome the people are! We are moving across the country and had to use some parking spots to change a newborn diaper and let the dogs out. They came out to let us know we could use their bathroom if needed and were super polite when we took them up on it. If we re back in this area and need work done, we re absolutely going to Precision as a thank you for the hospitality. Cheers!

Came in from out of town and I needed someone to roll a van on the back of my trailer and precision came out and this guy definitely knew what he was doing! He was recommended to me by someone else and truly didn't disappoint me. And very affordable!

Precision always does an excellent job with all repairs. My family has always used Precision. They are the best at dealing with difficult insurance companies. You cannot find a better group of professionals to handle your towing, auto body repair, and customer service needs.

Our vehicle broke down as my family and I were passing through Scottsboro, on our way back home to Mississippi. Precision Towing took great care of transporting our mini van on his top notch roll back truck, and at a VERY reasonable price. Knowing we were away from home and unfamiliar with the area, he even called around and found a mechanic who could get us in to do the work. Thanks BrandonService: Car towing

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma and hit a deer days later going home and these guys fixed it for me. They get on it and get the job done and the work was fantastic.I couldn't even tell there was ever any damage. I would recommend them to everyone. A+. Thanks so much.

During a six hour drive after having my oil changed at my dealership, my oil plug fell out and I lost all my oil. The insurance company contacted Precision to get me a tow. When Patrick arrived, he was very professional, personable, and helpful. He is the one that crawled under the car and confirmed that it was a missing oil plug. So he took us to an auto part store to get an oil plug and oil and then even replaced the oil and plug. We were on our way. His service was above and beyond that of his tow duty. It made a frustrating experience tolerable, and he should be commended. I'd recommend the company to anyone now.

My fabulous bride was lost. trying to get to the place. I handed my phone to the receptionist to guide her in. Receptionist soon realized she was in over her head, handed the phone off to her boss. He gave directions, and we both went out into the parking lot to wave her in.Great folks.

I had a 2017 automobile had small damage, had friends to recommend this place. Once I met the staff at precision there was no need for recommendations they are first class business people and out of any body shops I have used in the past this is by far the most professional.
