Just awesome, nothing I can say except AWESOME. The experience is just so easy, financing is a breeze and they have an extremely laid back attitude and it is just so easy to buy here.These guys here are so nice and so helpful they go above and beyond to help you.I will definitely be back to buy there, I don't think I would would like to go anywhere else.JUST EXTREMELY AWESOME!!!!!

Went inside and stood there at the front desk for about 15 minutes. There were several employees speaking to each other behind the counter. After not being acknowledged for 15 minutes I turned around and walked out the door. They had customers in there sitting and waiting on their vehicles but I was the only customer standing at the counter. I understand being busy, but they could at least acknowledged me and told me they d get to me when they could or something.

Everything went well till I took delivery and noticed about five mimutes after leaving a dime-size chip in the CENTER of the windshield. Dealer all but called me a liar since no one had noticed it at the dealership. I will discourage anyone from dealing with Harbin Chevrolet. Oil and filter light came on before I got home. I guess the "rigid inspection" missed that too!!

I bought my truck and half the way home the check engine light came on and i scheduled them to look at it. It took them over a week just to look at my truck and then they didn't fix everything.

Did not get service at Harbin ...wanted to, but after those 75 questions at the Chevrolet office, that took way too long , I could have changed the oil myself by the time I got through with all that...sorry, but ..maybe next time
