I was referred here by another auto body shop and glad I was. These are the nicest people you could ever meet, everything is straight forward and to the point. My truck looks perfect again and was done in a very timely manner for the amount of damage. They worked with me every way they could to help me out. This is my new body shop for any future repairs I may need. If your not a happy customer after dealing with this place you just ain t a happy person.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mr. Thronson is an expert at his job and is also a real people person. His shop is always busy, but neither he nor it is too busy to meet your needs. He takes the time to talk to you and discuss your situation, and he also gets the work done as quickly as possible. If there is ever a complaint, and I haven t had one in 25 years, he asks no questions and make the changes you want without hesitation. He also works with your insurance.

My car ended up with what looked superficial damage but involved parts of both sides. Thronsons was paid $2,600 to do the repair.They failed to cure the paint correctly. The clear coat still feels soft like gum. When something rubs against my car, the clear coat rolls up! They lied to me when they said (twice) that they had the time to do the job, then rushed the work and did my job last.In addition, a part of the paint on one door was removed down to the metal; like with the edge of a grinder. They also failed to prep a small rust spot, instead painting over it, which spread later. They also broke some plastic parts in the inside of both doors and didn't fix them. Absolutely the best shop hands down they go above and beyond for their customer s satisfaction that ole girl behind the scenes Rebecca is on her game and knows exactly what s she is doing,I can t express enough how happy I was with my car when they return it in a timely manner ..the only thing that holds them back over there is the UPS man ..they return your vehicle clean as a whistle inside and out and she looks brand new again so if you re anything like me and read reviews cause you may be a little hesitate , don t hesitate with this shop go ahead and make that call and set up your appointment Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had some minor damage on the front end of my car that happened over the summer. After reading reviews on many places in the area, it seemed Thronson was the best! I was more than pleased with their work and text message updates throughout the process. Great customer service! My car is good as new and I will definitely use them in the future if I need any vehicle repairs!! Highly recommend!

Bought a used CV-R with some of the paint rubbed off and wanted an estimate for repair. Troy Norwood of Thronson Body Shop, Inc. was very informative of what was needed and how long the process takes.

I was worried my truck wouldn t be the same after body damage. The micro second I walked in and talked to the owner I felt immediately assured it would be just fine.I will bring them future paint jobs and whatever other type jobs that body shops do. People told me they were good......... they were 100% right.The guy said he would treat my vehicle like his own. That says a lot. Even more since he meant it.Thoroughly SATISFIED!!!!!!!

I have a sixth-gen Hyundai Sonata that's known for a peeling paint issue prevalent with the generation. A couple weeks ago, I noticed a small nick above the windshield and promptly bought some touch-up paint to cover it up. Of course, I was lazy, and after a wash, the nick turned into sheets of paint peeling off. At this point, there was nothing I could do.I decided to check in with Thronson since reviews across different sites seemed positive. I was expecting a fairly high figure for a repaint of the whole roof, but Thronson gave me a deal I knew I couldn't find anywhere (I've had other cars painted before at different locations, so I have at least a slight feel for the market). If anything, I was leery of the price versus what quality of paint and work they would do. Thankfully, they had a couple of finished cars in the lot that I was able to glance over before making the final decision to leave it with them.All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and the finished product was excellent. The price was right, the quality of work is right on par with the best jobs I've had done in the past, and the staff were friendly. If there's anything I could critique, it was the seeming inattentiveness of some of the staff, which was kind of understandable given how busy it was. The main issue there was that when I confirmed I wanted to leave the car with them, I still had a couple of questions, but a person walked in with a freshly wrecked car, and they seemed to switch gears to them before I was satisfied. Regardless, they were friendly, and they got the job done. I don't have any complaints.

I have been in the insurance business for 20 years & this is hands down the BEST body shop that you will ever go to!! Their work is impeccable & the owner of the shop is absolutely the nicest guy that you will ever meet & he & his staff are first class! If you want a job done right the first time, this is the body shop to use. It is worth driving too, even if you do not live in the Saraland area. "UNBEATABLE"!!!

1st of all my car sat at this body shop for month and when I call to ask about my car the owner Scooter was extremely RUDE and I was told you can just can get my car. When i went to get my car he wanted to act like him being rude never happened. My family has always gotten good service but I am very disappointed they will never get my business again. Worse experience ever

BEST COLLISON REPAIR SHOP, PERIOD!! I CAN'T EVER BEGIN TO SING HIGH ENOUGH PRAISES FOR THEIR WORK!I have, unfortunately so, needed collision repairs on several vehicles. They go over the fine details of the work and make sure they hand it back looking exactly as it was on the showroom floor! NOTHING WAS EVER MISSED!I NEVER had to go back or get anything "touched up" (like at other shops in the area ) because it was LOOKED over with microscopic precision the FIRST time! Scooter is an awesome guy! Very knowledgeable and does awesome work! He has been at this Location for 42 yrs. Been in the business 55. I highly recommend him.

I worked for this company for 2 day after trying to get the job for 3 years only to be told on my 3 day to leave and very rudely told by the manager Troy that I didn't know what I was doing after having four plus years experience in that field I was glad to leave after I was told that it's very hard place to work for they are very unreasonable but they do great work would recommend you taking your car there but not working there

Very poor service. After being instructed to go there for an estimate by the insurance company, they told me they repair cars there, they don't do appraisals. I told him I needed an estimate to see if I was even going to have the work done. I was told they don't do that there.
