The Betsy lady at the front seems to not care about customers. You ask her questions about mechanical work or suggestions she just sits there and look at you dumbfounded as if she couldn t care less. As a mechanic or manager I would think she d be more welcoming. Stated she didn t like taking warranties so I just took my keys and left. She really needs to practice better customer service and stop just sitting there looking nonchalant as you re asking her questions and suggestions

I had picked up a screw in my tire on a Sunday. I always use a certain shop (Hernandez Tire Shop) that happens to be closed on Sundays. I saw Pep Boys was open and decided to get the tire fixed there. The staff was very nice and friendly and patched the tire. After running errands the following Monday morning my low tire indicator popped up. I immediately took it to my regular tire shop. The said it was leaking from the patch. It was refixed and i haven't had a problem since.

I went to store because I heard scrubbing when I braked. They replaced brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. A few days later scrubbing still happening I went back they said they didn t see a problem. My rear rotors are rusted all over and they said it s normal. I went to another location and they told me the scrubbing is due to tire rods. Why did I pay 1200 dollars for a service I didn t need? And I still have to pay for the actual problem

We rented a van for a Thanksgiving trip and found a nail in one of our tires before we even left the house. The rental company was giving us the run around. I called the Saraland Pep Boys store to see if they had that size tire. They did and had us in and out pretty quick. On a Sunday. Thanks to Betsy and the tech. I didn't catch his name.

Clean place, friendly service lady at the front desk. Took to long to get my SUV back because of not enough service technician on hand. Will only go again if no one else has an appointment available. Needs more technician!

Had a tire bust a band on the interstate they got us back on the road with 4 new tires. Liked the tech that checked us in only real complaint was it was pretty slow for just getting tires.

Terrible technicians. Just went to change my oil at a different business and they tell me the last place that changed my oil(saraland pep boys) stripped my oil pan plug. Also the tech that rotated my tires decided only two lug nuts per tire needed to be fully tightened and filled my tires with waayyyy to much air. Don t take your ride there.

Did not fix the issue having the exact same issue from me bringing my vehicle in on Friday. I was told I have to wait until this Friday to get the manager to speak with me. Assistant mgr has no answers or authority. Asked for district Mgr was unable to get me the district Mgr. Was told I would have to have my own vehicle towed back to them. Horrible

Had an appointment set for 10am but they didn't even get my car pulled in until 11am. Asked them to check my brakes as well but that didnt happen either.What's the point in making an appointment if you don't do it at the time set. Customer service was nice and they cleaned the rims of the car before putting them back on the car.

I went here to have my tire pressure check and was advised to go to the third bay, I did and sat for awhile I went back in and he said no one came to assist I stated no he said I will be there. The other men in bay were working, and there were 2 guys in inside at counter conversating. Poor customer service this day this was the first time normally Betsy is there, and she is prompt.

Justin was amazing! Great service and very knowledgeable! super friendly all the way around and got me back on the road very quickly and my jeep drives so much better after the alignment! I will definitely recommend them and be back!

My first time going here. My suv had a flat, dead battery and had been sitting a looong time. I didn't have a spare so I used their tow service and got my car to the shop. They worked on it and got it going in no time. Betsy was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful with my questions! Thanks everyone.

Dropped off vehicle and filled out drop box form with exact instructions to change oil and use the Lucas oil additive that I supplied. Got text with complimentary inspection and it was for a car that I no longer own, not the one I dropped off. Went to pick up vehicle later and specifically asked the lady if the Lucas was added as requested. She was very unsure but said yes I m sure they did(never asked tech). When I get in my car the Lucas additive had been moved from drivers seat to passenger seat still full. Walked back in and told the lady bottles still full, just glad y all didn t steal it. No response, no sorry, nothing but a blank stare so I just left

I bought new tires and they did fine but the wait for them to get started was one hour and thirty-five minutes even after having an appointment.

Pep Boys in Saraland Alabama gave me the best experience ever. They were cost efficient, fast, and answered ALL of my questions. Also I would love to give a special shout-out to their district manager Les. He's truly an angel from God! For now own all of my services will be through Pep Boys! #Team Pep Boys

This place is SO over priced. I came in and asked for JUST an oil change, they sold me a special of some kind that included some fuel system cleaner that I didn't ask for. And the brought me my airfilter and asked if I wanted it replaced. I didn't ask for it to be replaced. Next time I'm just going to do it myself.

As I drove through Mobile, Alabama I picked a nail in my tire and it quickly became a flat. The awesome team at Pep Boys, Sarah and remaining tech welcomed me and repaired my flat with a smile & courtesy and even though it was nearing closing time. I had also stopped & called the nearby Firestone & Goodyear, only to be rudely told that it was too late, even though it was 40 minutes before closing. Both Firestone & Goodyear had rather strand a customer overnight for a simple 5 minute flat repair.

10/10 would go back to Joseph again! He did an AMAZING job on my car! Went in for a leak in my transmission, and he was able to fix it, no problem! He said was super fast, and super good with my dog! I think Harley has a new best friend! Amazing customer service! I will 1000000% be going back to him every time!

I love the manager there he is always so personable and friendly. They always take such good care of mine and my wife's vehicles. Any time I get there and they are busy he always makes sure to let me know before taking my keys that there might be a longer than normal wait. They dont try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need on the contrary actually he always tries to give me a discount if there's one's available. I highly recommend this pep boys.

I went in for a full set of tires, an alignment and an oil change. Even while a bit busy was able to be in and out under 2 hours! I was very impressed with the work, the services, and the pricing! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! Let s not forget the Manager Samantha checked in with me on pretty much everything that was being done, I really appreciated that

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!. FIRST they broke my lug nut. Then they plundered through my console. The stuff in the bottom of it was on top ! Then my tag receipt was out of the envelope and crumbled up in the floor next to my tag receipt. They were in my glove box!!!! Not to forget All the grease they left with their nasty hands ALL over the inside of my Lexus!!

My husband called the night before and asked about the cost of replacing my headlights.He was told $50 per bulb. He made me an appointment for the next day for 8am. I arrived a few minutes early. There was another customer ahead of me. I went for the purpose of having my headlights replaced.Around 8:30 they told me nothing was wrong with my lights. I explained that it was hard to see at night. They said they could clean the cover and put in brighter bulbsI said that was fine. I think that cost was going to be around $100. They said it would take about an hour for the restorationAbout an hour later, they showed me a bulb and how dim the bulb was. I would need my headlights replaced and the cost to install them would now be around $350Of course I had been here since 8am, and now it is now almost 11, and my car has been up in the air since 8:30I told them to go ahead because I need to be able to see to drive. They assured me I should be able to.11:07am I left and paid $372;headlight installation $260, pep guard extended warranty ( they did not ask if I wanted this) $32, labor $52 plus tax

I asked to have my alignment checked and I was rudely informed that it was not my alignment and the lady up front basically refused have it checked. She tried to say it was tired although my tires are brand new. Once I informed her my tires were new she didn t have very much to say but she had to hold to her word so she said it was the tire balance. Again she never checked my car or had it checked. The last time I went to them I took my car in around 10 A.M. for new tires and an oil change. I stressed to them around 3 p.m. I would really need this to be finished because I had work. My car was not finished until after 6 p.m. I didn t know it would an eight hour job. I called for them to replace the spark plugs and coils but I would provided the parts since I already purchased them and was told it would be $400. This place and the workers are pathetic and rude.
