Excellent customer service. Very straight forward. If you need something, they will tell you, give options before installing them. Reasonable prices.The owner won't let you leave without making sure you are safe. We were driving to California with a trailer that wasn't in good shape. Unsafe. But the whole team worked together to give us a safe trip home. We really appreciate it.

So lucky to have found .these guys replaced the hubs on our kayak trailer that went down on our way from Louisiana to Destin. Friday afternoon and we were in and out with several others trailers. Absolutely incredible, friendly, genuine service! Thank you!!

I have been around trailers and fabricated my fair share of metal works over the past 30 years. These people KNOW what they are doing. In addition, they worked me right in as I walked in the door and provided excellent service and had the parts in stock. All around exceptional experience.

We needed a new axle for our travel trailer. We did a search of all the major providers nationwide, and the best we could do was an axle delivery in 4 -5 weeks. The Camping World Maint. Mgr., Arlen, told us about Bay Utility Trailers about a mile away. We checked with Kara, and she said she may be able to help, but we should bring in the broken axle to ensure accuracy in measurements. We brought in the old axle, and within 45 minutes, we had a new, complete, axle! Kara knows where everything in the compound is located. Joe is an efficient fabricator and welder. All three, Bobby, Kara, and Joe, are extremely friendly and helpful. A family owned company that I highly recommend.

I needed a galv 3x3 sq tube to replace my trailer tongue. After calling over a dozen places, I found one that would sell me a 20 ft stick. I needed 8 ft. I called Bay and they had what I needed and cut it to length for me for less than half of that 20 footer. Nice to deal with also.

I stopped in their shop to see if they could hook my trailer lights up on my SUV & they stopped working on another vehicle and got my car done in 15 min. I highly recommend them.

If you need your trailer fixed look no further than here. This is a local business so you are not only getting great service, you are also supporting your community. I travel all the way from Pensacola to use Bay utility trailers, because I know they will do it right the first time. I have chatted with people that have driven in from Mobile as well. I Love B.U.T. inc.! People that do awesome work don't have to advertise.

This business is locally-owned and family-operated. They worked me in, even though they were very busy and I did not have an appointment. Joe was extremely helpful in explaining a problem I had experienced with my tandem torsion-axle trailer. Miss Kara runs the office and is a very nice person. I highly recommend Bay Utility Trailers and will definitely use them again for maintenance on my boat trailer.

All around good people. They do things right, use quality parts, and have a huge selection of parts for every trailer imaginable. The whole staff is very helpful educated and compassionate about what they do. Bobby is a master at what he does from many Years of experience. Highly recommend. You can't beat them.

2 weeks in a row my trailer let down with my boat in the water. Both timesBay Utility trailers helped me get back on the road . Great service, fair prices, and great people this is the only place to bring your trailer for any kind of service , or maintenance !!

We blew a tire on way from Connecticut to Alabama trailing a Melges 24 sailboat.An honest man recommended Bay Utility Trailers to us. Make sure you have a VERY clear understanding of what is expected. Damage to your vehicle or trailer is not covered if any accidents in the shop happen. I don't recommend having aluminum welded here either, below par. No discount was given despite owners response to this review.

I took my semi and horse trailer over there with a wiring issue... These people were great and reasonably priced I would recommend using them

If you need trailer parts this is the only place to go. If you need repairs done that you can't do drag your trailer down here.
