extremely rude with me on the phone. i absolutely would not give them business, especially after the way they screamed at me over the phone. they even called me an awful slur! absolutely disgusting

very unprofessional, if i could give zero stars I would. They appear to discriminate against minorities based on how my father and I were treated. My father and I went to go check out a vehicle. The owner was extremely rude, wouldn't let us look at it, and in many words he basically said we couldn't afford it, when my father said something referencing to the owner who insinuated that we could not afford the car. The owner said very inappropriate language to him, got all in my fathers face and disrespected him. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior from a business owner. Do not buy a car or get your car fixed at this place.

I bought a truck about 3 weeks ago from Lewis Service Center, the owner lied to me about the truck, he advised the truck was in great condition, I took his word and purchased the truck. A few weeks later the truck starting leaking really bad, I called the owner, he then got an attitude with me, then , hung up in my face. He basically patched the truck up to sale. I now have to pay $900.00 to get the truck fix. I should have followed my mind when he did refused to allow me to get the truck checked out before purchasing it, However I took his word...bad mistake. Pleas be aware..

Very unprofessional. Felt like he didn t feel like selling any to me. Felt very racial. I was very interested on a truck and he just walks off.

Rude so rude the guy refers to me as baby and hung right up on me didn t even no I was sitting in his parking lot. All I wanted was a quote. Don t use these people.

Lewis service center is the only shop I would use very truthful. They do top notch work . And are reasonable pricing
