First of all, they stay busy so it may take a little longer than expected but the service is amazing! The warranty is phenomenal! Especially for people like me who have the worst luck with tires. The warranty is worth it alone, I ve already had to replace a tire which would not be in my budget after replacing all 4- it was fully covered!Taylor took care of us and has helped us in many ways. She truly cares about your needs and goes above and beyond to help you and she is very knowledgeable about the processes. She will 100% get you the best deal. We are very grateful for her and RNR!

Do not go to RNR. They will find every way possible to over charge you. I paid $1535 for a set of tires that I was quoted on paper for less than $1400. No financing, no interest. Just hidden fees after my tires were put on. The quote on paper had everything written out, even including taxes, and once everything was done, they charged me almost $140 more than what was itemized on paper. I have never made a bad review but will be telling everyone I know to stay away from there.

I had the best experience at RNR tire express in Opelika I had bought a vehicle that didn't have the lock N key for my tires.So I went back to the place I bought it at they didn't want to fix the issue. So I went to the manufacturer of the vehicle got the run around, so they finally decided to help which is charge $155 to break the the lock in key and extra $40 more dollars for the regular wheel lube for my vehicle on top of that it was gonna take 2 or 3 hours to break it Thank God someone told me to go to RNR in Opelika they broke the lock N key in 15 minutes and put the regular lube on for $13.08 and I was out and on my way happy !!!

2 stars only because the technicians were great.The financing dept was ok during the payment processes but when I called to make my last payment I asked exactly what my pay off was and all the man would say is you have enough to pay it off I asked 3 different times and he just kept saying the same thing. He was so rude and of course I was so aggravated with the process I forgot to get his name. One rude employee can ruin a whole experience with a company.

Yall!!!! There is so much to say about RNR tires!! From John to Taylor to the guys in the back we were so impressed!! My husband got 37 tires and they put one on just to be sure they would fit with his 6 lift and they look so good!! The service is impeccable and we will never go anywhere else for tires!!!

Way better experience buying Tires n Wheels! Building is amazing they have top of the line shop equipment! Laser balancing? Alignments. They treat you like family had such a great time. Oh. And I did get 6 months to pay em off!! Go check them out! Haven't seen any shops close to these guys in the area.

Customer service great ! But when it comes to trying to pay your bill on time always get put on hold for about 10-15 then the phone rings again and get the same thing! Wish they had online payments it will be so much better.

I took my car there to get new rims and tires. They kept my car for FOUR days and when I picked it up, they let me pull off with LOOSE LUG BOLTS. Come to find out they damaged my lug nuts and did not want to inform me. I could have been KILLED if my rims would have come off while driving. The overweight manager LIZ took no accountability and she said we couldn t tell you because you had an attitude when you left that s not an excuse for ripped lug nuts and letting me pull off with a risk of my rims coming off. DO NOT GO TO RNR OPELIKA. If you want honesty respect and to be safely guaranteed I would shop elsewhere.

I have been coming to Rnr for months checking the company out I sit in parking lot and come in just to watch. This is the gettoes store I been in the short black guy who is the assistant store manger and shop manger is very rude the store manger black girl with a beard is very fake and rude I came in the other day the store manger and her white girl friend was in the office kissing and rubbing on each other I also came by last Saturday sat in my car and I saw the lady with the beard and the shop guy outside by the dumpster smoking pot (weed) I have seen this multiple times then the other shop guy came out and him and the assistant manger was arguing the 2 ladies in the other office are rude specially the one that sits in the front desk about 3 weeks ago I asked her a question she got a attitude with me but to me it look like a bunch of kids who running that store with no home training and service is to slow you come in at 9 u leave at 2

Duresa, KJ, Liz and Keisha, we can't thank you enough. You took good care of us. GO HERE for tires! They have a bang up package, plenty coverage for your purchase and a hell of a sales team. Nicest people I've ever met. We trust them. They are open, honest and kind. They even took my wife to work while they worked in the new set. I even know a little about each employee. I feel like I know them now. JUST go there. You won't go wrong.

I have bought a set of wheels and two sets of tires from here. I have been a costumer for about 4 years now. Yes they have some change in staffing and management but what business hasn't!!!! But their values and their costumer services hasn't changed in the time I have been with them. They have gone above and beyond what anyone would expect a business to do for a costumer. So yes I will continue to do business with them . Have a great day and keep up the Great work!!!

Made an appointment for 1 pm for an alignment and to mount 4 new tires. Dropped the car off at 12:45 and was told it would be 45 minutes- an hour before it was done. Had someone pick me up for lunch returned to pick it up a little after 2 and was told it had just been taken back and would be at least another hour. Didn't have time to wait since I had to return to work and had them pull the car back out. If you value your time go somewhere else because RnR doesn't.

According to RNR I'm a VIP customer because I've paid off a set of tires with them before. Let me tell you, I really got some VIP treatment today! I had a great experience until now, with the customer service. I called last week, made an appointment today to have my tires rotated and balanced and also an alignment. I showed up early to my appointment. Was not greeted when I came in the door. Finally once someone acknowledged I was there she says "Are you here to make a payment?" I stated what I was there for. She said " Were not doing that today because we dont make appointments". I told her I had just called last week and made the appointment, that I had left work to have the procedure done because they dont do it on Saturday. She states that there policy has changed and they no longer do appointments and that someone called me and told me. I told her no, I did not receive a call because if I had then I wouldn't be there. She got loud with me, "I know Miles called everyone that had an appointment and told them about the change so you must not have had an appointment." I was appalled! I even showed her my call log for the week because i felt like i was being called a liar. No apology, no empathy that I had left work and wasted my time to come up there, all for someone to be so nasty to me! They are so very unprofessional and should get there act together before they lose more repeat customers. Once this set of tires is paid off we will never be returning! I use to refer people to RNR religiously. Never again. I hope this girl realizes the way she treated me and thinks back on it before she interacts with another customer!

The entire staff at the Opelika office was amazing. Top notch customer service and experts in the field. Miles was my salesman and he made my wife and I very comfortable and helped a lot with making my choice. Mario was my tech and not only did secure my wheels and tires, he offered tons of gainful information on how to care for and maintain the shop quality. My girl Liz was the icing on the cake, her warm personality definitely closed the deal. She broke everything down and made sure I understood everything before signing. My wife was so happy she already started shopping for wheels and tires for her car that I haven't even bought yet . Thanks so much RNR Opelika

They had a major issue and I turned out to not be able to drive away in my vehicle that night, but they made up for it the best they could. The tires are great, excellent customer service.

If you think it s only customers they do wrong, I m here to tell you it s EMPLOYEES TOO. Never in my life have I ever felt so betrayed, disappointed, hurt, and embarrassed to have worked for this company to start with. I 10/10 recommend not taking your business there. I spent months refining customers opinions because I believed in RNR and they showed me I was a fool. I UNDERSTAND why those customers felt the way they did.

Had appointment at 9am on 5/10 to have the tire sensors calibrated. They replaced a tire on Saturday 5/7. They could not do it then. Been here waiting for over an hour and the guy that does the sensors is not here and will not be back until 11am and 12pm.

Unfortunately walked out to a flat tire. Called RNR to see how to use my extended warranty I purchased through them. We had a bit of miscommunication but their efforts to make sure I was accommodated was very much appreciated.

They say they offer wheels and tires that you can finance for 6 months same as cash but in the end you ll be paying $3000+ over cash price. Do not recommend buying from here whatsoever. The manager was also very arrogant. I will say the lady at the front desk was very helpful as much as she could be.

Worst experience. Waited nearly two hours for an alignment only to find out it couldn t be done because I needed a tire. Only sell tires in sets of 4. Only go here if you need to finance your tires.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I definitely would. Please please please do not waste your time or your money. It s a rip off, tires should not cost over $1000. It definitely sounds good, but it s not worth it. Horrible place to do business with.

Bought rim's and tires three months ago and ordered black lugs for my rim's haven't got them yet and don't have locks on my wheels very disappointed with Opelika RNR...

The people here are great, they gave me my initial quote, then when I went back they were super friendly and my tires were installed much quicker than I had anticipated. They definitely earned my business going forward and I will be recommending them to anyone needing there services!

I got a nose bleed from the prices they wanted to charge. Absolutely off the charts prices for services. Double what most other places would usually charge. I guess they make their money by being able to finance all those outrageous prices. I'm just not ever going to put them in the loop for a bid on services for my car.

I had been watching the progress of the building (as it was being built). Well I finally stopped in while I was in town. They great you as you come through the door. Everyone there was very friendly and the service is outstanding. If you re like me on a very tight budget they have multiple was to pay. Their prices are very competitive and some styles are even priced a bit lower. Next time I need another set of tires I won t even shop around, I ll be going straight there.
