Honestly H&W is the only place I take my cars. They're honest and straightforward which is something I greatly appreciate. Even when unexpected issues happen they always do their best to make it right. Austin and Jordan at the front are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of H&W for over twenty years and I will continue to allow H&W to service my vehicles because they are so professional. The entire staff at H&W always place the customer first. The staff is very courteous and respectful.If you have never visited H&W, I personally invite you to stop by and allow the staff there to service your vehicle or vehicles as I do, I am positive you will return again and again.

They put a new seat cover on my truck that I bought from online store. It looks great. They did a very professional job. I will be taking my truck back to have rhino liner put in the rear bed soon. Thanks guys.

I have been a customer of H&W for awhile now and every time I take my vehicle in for service the guys there never hesitate to help me right away. I went in for an oil change unannounced and was out of the shop within an hour! I highly recommend them!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were on a road trip and almost had 2 blowouts on the interstate. These guys identified the problem right away, got us right in, and put 4 new tires on for a reasonable price. They even had to go pick up our weird-sized tires, and we were still out the door in under an hour. Very professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

H&W has taken care of our fleet for many years. Their service is great and the guys at the front desk really listen to any issues you may have and get them taken care of to keep you going. Would recommend them to anyone needing a good honest place to go to!

These folks helped be when I had a wheel bearing failure. They did the job quickly, and efficiently. My truck was ready to go when promised. They had fair pricing, and even ordered an extra part, just in case, luckily that part wasn't needed, and they did not charge me for it. Solid place to go if you need work done.

The service is terrible. Old people beware they treated my mother something awful.the owner hid in his office wouldn't even talk to us about the way we were treated.it took them 6 weeks to fix my mother's car.everytime you called about the truck they were rude dismissive and couldn't keep their stories straight. They lied to us.then charge my mom a arm and leg for a fuse box.they were bragging about opening more stores the worst experience I have ever had .not once did they apologize for it taking so long.they ran their mouth to other employees. Saying a bunch of lies.we know all about their way of doing business. I guess we will see them in court.my moms truck was damaged.and loitered in the 6 week stay.what a joke of a business.

Service was horrible! I brought my vehicle up there at the time they told me 8 am. When I got back two days later all they did was test drive the vehicle and said nothing was wrong with it. I asked them to put rims, a thermostat, and check my front differential. I called them every 5 hours to check on progress and everytime I called they said they haven't gotten to it yet. Finally when I called on the second day at 3pm someone said that the " lead tech " was taking it for a test drive. So I waited a hour and called back to see what the result was of the test drive and he said " I don't see anything wrong with it, you can come pick it up " and hung up on me. I called back and said " did you put the thermostat in or the wheels on it ? " he replied with " no , if you wanna bring it back up here sometime and leave it we can do that "... it was there for two days and you test drove it.. I was ready to spend over 5k with them and now I will never take another vehicle there.

I had a trailer tire blow out 20 miles north of them. Called around trying to find trailer tires...with no good luck. Called a friend who pointed these guys out to me. They answered, helped and let me know they had exactly what I needed and had it waiting for me when I pulled in. Had my tire replaced in less than 15 20 minutes and we're very polite and the price was fair. Clean bathrooms, busy staff, and great customer service.Service: Tires

They are very expensive and do a poor quality job. Would not recommend taking anything to these people. They are just looking for the next Dollar and take NO pride in the work they do for others.
