This was my first time visiting Express, and I had an amazing experience. Maison took very good care of me, and educated me on things I needed to know. She .. yes SHE, provided me with quotes for future services and you could tell that she enjoys her job. Literally a ray of sunshine in this place. She will be the reason I come back.

Tj did an excellent job today with my oil change. He had exceptional customer service and communicated effectively with me throughout the whole process. This young man will go far with this company. Mr. Ricky was excellent also

I had a great experience today at this location. Lance was able to fully service my car and did so quickly so I could leave to pick up my daughter on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable!

Ken and Jeremiah were very helpful, fast and efficient, I brought my own supplies and it made it a lot cheaper and they were great and welcoming. Changed my oil and oil filter and rotated my tires for me. I will definitely be back and recommend this location and staff to anyone needing vehicle service.

They some good guys here. Real nice and knowledgeable. Very friendly and they can talk while they work so you get great service. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Just let me know about the current stuff due. Will absolutely be coming back.

I could not recommend this Express Oil Change more! Maison was an absolutely wonderful tech to work with and thoroughly explained other maintenance that my car needed in the near future. Very personable, friendly and customer service oriented - I will definitely be coming back for future car services!

I stopped in today for an oil change and I had my brakes assessed and the customer service was out of this world. Maison and Gauge helped me and they were helpful, friendly and didn't try to sell me on a million products. I really appreciate their customer service and their pride in their work. You can tell everyone here wants to do a great job. Everyone was friendly but I only caught the 2 names listed above.

This Express Oil Change location is the best location I ve ever been to. We have all 4 of our cars serviced there. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and very good service. I won t take my cars anywhere else. Brandon is an exceptional technician- get his bay if you can.

I ve never had a bad experience but Madison went above and beyond. Was great about explaining what I need to do in between visits, explaining everything she did and the levels she did and did not fill. Great in having her as an employee! Will definitely be back!

This location shows how much your problem really matters to them. I had a few problems with my car the other day and they weren't sure if they could finish within the day, but then they did! They gave me frequent updates on what was happening and what they were doing to fix everything. I highly recommend going here for any car needs!

Brandon Clark did a very good job in my full service oil change. He caught my wiper blades we bad and gave me a discount to replace them same day. I have a great experience every time I go there. I get my oil changed regularly, and sometimes I do buy the things that they suggest because it makes good sense. Could I go to an auto zone and do it myself? Yes, but I totally appreciate the customer service and the forwardness from these guys.

Brandon was very professional. When I didn t understand the price difference in the oil, he took the time to explain to me the type of oil my car requires. When checking my lights, he discovered that my right turn signal was out. He used the bulb that I already had. Great service. I will definitely be coming back!!!
