Craig has completely restored my faith in car mechanics. His 5 star average rating is 1000% deserved. I have been using a different auto shop for years, but when they misdiagnosed a problem, I knew I needed to pivot. I found Craig's Honda Service on Google while looking for Honda dealerships in the area. The other auto shop told me my civic had a transmission issue, but Craig already knew (on the phone!) that it likely was not transmission related based on my description. He got back to me in a timely manner, had me bring my car in, and got me back in my car in less than 24 hours! Craig also completed my check up earlier than the agreed upon time and has completely saved me and my car. His rates are also beyond reasonable and he explains everything in depth. I will never take my business anywhere but to Craig's Honda Service. Craig, thank you so much for your expertise and for your thoughtfulness during a stressful time. You have a customer for life! I have recommended him to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. I would rate Craig's Honda Service a 100 out of 5 if I could!

He worked on a previous car of mine and his customer service is impeccable! He s understanding and he works with you! Best prices in town! Quality work not quantity! He s very honest and he goes over and beyond for his customers!! I ve sent people to him recently and they told me how great is work was and they plan on coming back! I WILL be back as well! I would give him 20 stars if I could no !

Craig s Honda Shop was great to work with from the start. Not once was I treated as just a customer. I was treated as a friend and was informed every step of the way. Craig was very thorough and not only did a complete timing belt service but also did a complete inspection of my vehicle.I will definitely be recommending him for any Honda repairs or services.

I just want to start with saying WOW! I couldn t be any more impressed with my experience at Craigs Honda Service in Opelika! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and wish there was a way to leave a 100 star review!!!! My Honda is now just like new! My vehicle issue was diagnosed and fixed in record time, and the customer service I received was absolutely superb! All of my questions were answered thoroughly and everything that needed to be done to my vehicle was explained in great detail.. I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! I will definitely be returning if I ever encounter any issue with my vehicle in the future!!!
