Fast and friendly. Johnathan the manager made sure to take great care of me and the other customers. Was five cars ahead of me when I arrived. Still was done in about an hour. Shop offers discounts via email and you can stop in between oil changes for fluid top ups.

Sammy, and Jonathan very helpful. They help figure out the problem that was wrong with My car within just a couple minutes and I am very thankful for them. There are some very great workers. Jonathan and Sammy were very nice and, mad my day much better!

Man these guys were awesome! Cracked some jokes about my terrible oil (rightfully deserved) but Sam and his crew took care of me with a clean flush and Oil change and were very friendly. My car is running great. I ll definitely be coming back to see them next time!

Called several vendors in the area, Walmart being the cheapest. However they were completely apathetic, no one would acknowledge us at any point in the automotive center. I called AFL and spoke Jamice, he told us to come over, took us immediately and they were even able price match the evil Walmart and had us in and out in 15min! My advice skip everyone else and come see Jamice! He actually cares about his customers!!

I had the experience of dealing with a young man named Jones who was very skilled in what he was doing. I got an oil change. My oil light was still on from the last time I got one. The last(nameless)shop didn t reset it. He walked me through how to reset it myself and it was fixed. I appreciate both technicians that serviced my car and the women s day special too. Definitely ask for Jones when in Auburn. My daughter always goes here in Opelika which is where he was today. It was my first time bringing my car but I will definitely be back. I was in and out. No waiting

Great service. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Got me in and out about 15-20 mins. Got oil change and new air filter. Would recommend and going again to service vehicle.

I'm always moving on a schedule, and their services are always top tier with fast in and out. After, you are meet and friendly greeted at the entrance, of course. I'm always pleased with the service.

I will never return to this place again please watch what you are getting charge for they are over charging people i got a standard oil change had a 25 dollars off couple tell me why if a standand oil change is 47.99 how do i still have a 66.98 charge this is why they charge u 3.99 for shop supplies then my coupon is for a oil filter and they still charge me a 15.99 for a special oil filter that i know wasnt put on there because aint nothing special about it and how I know they are jus scamming people aint no taxing on it they played with the wrong one today I'm very pissed off because why are yall doing people like this crazy

The guys on pepperill parkway are awesome and I would highly recommend them to everybody, I was in and out in a flash and it didn't bust my pocketbook. Tj is awesome!

Not satisfied with service I had to pay $40 for a wiper blade that cost about $25. Your worker said I needed wiper blades and put on the wrong one and went back to get replaced cost me another $20 not happy!!!!!

Free Free was very professional and have great customer service. Service was quick and fast.Not be funny, but she did better job then some men that previously changed my oil. I'll be back for sure.

I don't know if this business has undergone a change of ownership since I last used them in September, but counter to all three of my previous services there my experience on 5 November was TERRIBLE. I'll list why I think there MUST have been a change of ownership:- I've used this business on three previous occasions and my info was always in the system. It was no longer there. I showed the employee my previous receipt to verify I was indeed already a regular customer.-I was quoted a price of $71 for a service that cost me $63 in September. The final cost was $91! More on that later.-This corporation has an SOP where they call out what they are doing as they cross off item on their checklist. It lets the informed customer know they aren't skipping steps. This never happened on this visit. When I asked about it at checkout I was told "I'm the only one working today." A: how is it possible to be the sole employee on duty, yet you are doing oil changes on two vehicles (both bays) simultaneously???. I can promise you my vehicle didn't get anything other than a filter and oil. Nothing else (fluid levels, air cleaner) were checked because I was standing right there during the process.-Employee tells me he's done and gives me a bill for $91.50. I was like "Whaaaaaaaaat?" He stated that it was more because my F150 requires 5 quarts of oil.... Say what? I pull my receipt out of my glovebox from September and show him my bill for a complete service was under $65.... I hand him my card to just get the misery over with and he says his chip reader does not work and I should walk across the street to the ATM......... Whaaaaaaaaat?' I pay cash, check my oil level and verify that no, he in fact did not top off my washer or check my filter, then drive to the parking lot where I compared this, and my receipt from September. Totally different description of services and many cockamamie "fees" on the new one.I have no idea what changed in two months at this business, but it isn't good and I'll never be back. This riled me up to the point that I'm going to contact the corporate HQ and get them involved.Service: Oil change

Took my Jeep in two days ago and because they didn t put a new o ring on my filter it cracked my oil housing filter. Anybody knows Jeep parts are expensive. Oil was everywhere I hope my motor is ok it s at a shop. I m disappointed

I quit going there when Angel was running the place. He was pretty much a scumbag, but I went back today. There is a new manager Jaylen and let me tell you this one really knows service.
