Got the job done! I was on the side of the road for 8hrs, AAA couldn t get the job done! Called on a mobile maintenance service, Rod was there within 30minutes and the job was done within an hour. He was super professional and knew his stuff, had all the tools to get the job done! I would HIGHLY recommend him and his services!!

Prompt, affordable, friendly service. Ran over something on the interstate that instantly flattened a tire. Three hours away from home and no spare tire in the rental car. Found Rod s when googling for assistance nearby. He kept me updated with ETAs, located a tire, and had me back on the road as quickly as possible.

Rod, was lifesaver, and a God sent, we tried for hours to find a towing company or a battery service, and couldn't get anyone.Once we contacted him, he was super punctual and professional. Being out of State, away from home in school is though, but having this type of service, was for sure the best I could find.Please call Rod when in need, he s the best!Thank you so much Rod for your great service and help!!

This gentleman is awesome! He charged 1 fee to come and diagnose the problem and then when my vehicle did not start again he did not charge anything to come back out and replace a part. All of this on a Sunday. Later in the evening he texted to check and make sure our vehicle was still working. We are from out of state and he could have misled me and hung all kinds of parts. Instead he was honest and fair.

Came out the same day I called with a smile and helping hand! Very educated and knew what he was doing! My daughters car runs great now. It's nice to know I have someone I can trust to help her when/if needed while she's away at college! I highly recommend him! Reasonably priced and comes to you even in the middle of a Walmart parking lot!

I was in another city stuck on the side of the interstate for hours and I was able to make it home safely after what I thought was just a battery issue turned out to be my alternator it was fixed and rods roadside wasn t leaving till they knew I got myself situated or they could help me so for that, i truly thank them!

I was having a terrible time changing my tire and Rod helped to make it simple. Showed up in 20 mins, got it going and boom. Thanks to his time and understanding now I can proceed to pack up my things back at home. Eliminated a lot of stress for me man, thank you so much. Be blessed, and whoever reads this know Rod is the man! Highly recommend esp considering it was mid day Sunday when I needed the help.

Rod s really did a great job on repairing our vehicle (Oil gasket replacement). The work was done quickly and professionally. And his customer service is next level. Checked in a week later to be sure things were still up to par.

I had a terrible flat and Rod came out very fast. He was very knowledgeable and found that my rim was cracked and very promptly got it welded and put my spare tire on the rim...he contacted me upon every step of the repairs all the way until he returned to put the tire and rim back on the car. His mobile service was a Blessing. I highly recommend his services to anyone. I am soooo glad I called him!Service: Tires

Rod came to install a new coolant jug while I was on the side of the highway for me because the nozzle on it was broken. Therefore, coolant was leaking out, and the car was running hot. He answered the phone as soon as I called, and when he said he would call back to update me, he did in a timely manner. He got to me and got right to work, and he was very respectful and kind. After he fixed the issue, he stayed back to make sure my car was running and functioning correctly. I called back after I started driving again because I thought there was another issue, and he answered right away and stopped in the rain to make sure everything was okay. He checked the car out, and everything indeed was good. If you need roadside assistance in the area please go with this place, you won t regret it!!

I would highly recommend Rod's services! I have never been assisted by a car service so quickly. I had to be away from my car for work during the diagnostic, and he worked with me by phone to provide updates as needed. He knew I was planning a trip out of town and continued to follow up and provide assistance several hours after initially evaluating my car and even after I had reached my destination. He is a very friendly guy, very accessible even in a time crunch, and his prices can't be beat especially considering he comes to you!Service: Battery

My son's truck broke down the front right tire broke off. My insurance company could not find anyone in our network but they found Rod. Truck could not be towed but had to be fixed on the side of the road. I called Rod's Roadside Service Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. Out of all of the other 24/7 services, he was the only one who answered. I explained that I was facilitating a meeting early the next morning in Columbus and that it was imperative that my repairs be done that evening. Rod came to my hotel, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate, and then began working in the cold and drizzly rain. He had already told me how long he anticipated to make the repair, so I was able to go back to my room and relax. He called when he was near completion and said that he wanted to take the vehicle out on the highway to test it. He explained everything that he had done, and his price was far less than what I was expecting. He told me that if I had any problems while traveling that he would come meet me to make sure that everything went well. He even sent a follow-up note the next day to make sure I had arrived safely and that all was well.This young man is an absolute gem. Understanding how important it was for me to get to my next destination that evening, he worked through his dinner and gave up some personal time to make sure that I was able to travel. Rod is a man of strong character, and I can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. I was so pleased that I am trying now to work on some things to help him secure a garage so that he can continue to provide outstanding service to the community.Thank you Rod. You are a fine man.
