They were not able to program the key and new box but installed it. They are very difficult to get in the phone although they seem to be nice people in person. We did have a difficult electrical job.

Jason Reed is an excellent mechanic. He reminds me a lot of my Dad as far as mechanical intuition...he can diagnose a vehicle by discussing over the phone or just by listening to it. Great service! After hearing all of the bad reviews, I still took a chance. Only cost me $55.00! I brought him my alternator from my 2010 VW CC sport and I came back in an hour and it was ready. Royal VW estimated $562.00 and Northport Auto supply $237.00 plus 12.00 freight and a 4 day delay. Reed did a great job and gave me a great value. Thanks!

Well after taking an alternator to be rebuilt and picking it up then having to drive back to take it to have it redone and the place is closed. Other customers showing up while we were there to bring back starters that were very expensive and they said wasn t working. We were told that we should never go there. This was after we had to experience it. No more Reeds for us!!!

Really like this place.....they do excellent work. However, I have tried to contact them lately and their phone is disconnected. I would really like to have a contact number for them to make arrangements to bring my starter to them to have it re-worked.

Jason Reed is easy to work with and does a great job. My alternator and starter work as good as new. Much cheaper to have him rebuild an alternator or starter and is done by an American business owner.

He was suppose to rebuilt my alternator after 2 attempts he told me to bring my truck by i dropped it off a 7 it wasnt even touched when i picked it up tried multiple times to contact him and nothing not a good way to run a business in my opinion so i guess he just got free money for spraying some paint over it to look like he did something

It's not the fanciest or cleanest shop you'll find, but they do great work at very reasonable prices. My first choice for alternator and starter repair.
