Horrible service. DO NOT COME HERE.We went the Walmart on Chantilly. They took forever to get started on our oil change, and then they realized they didn t have the tools they needed to work on our car. Already a half hour wasted. So we went here, to the Atlanta Hwy Walmart.We walked in and we were ignored for several minutes. Finally we asked if we could get an oil change and they said yes, but didn t start the process of getting our information until we asked again. We had to ask several times for them to start. When they finally took our key, we waited for an hour and they still hadn t even started the oil change. There were not a lot of other cars or anything. They simply weren t working. When I asked how much longer it would be, the lady told me I could leave if I was in a rush, since they hadn t even started yet. She wouldn t tell me how much longer it would be, she just told me repeatedly to leave if I was in a rush. It s like the employees are intentionally doing everything they can to turn customers away because they don t want to do their job.To top everything off, they ruined the rug in our new car with their oily boots, and they got oil all over our door handles inside and out. So we have oil all over our car, but after two hours of horrible service, we still didn t end up with new oil in the engine.AVOID WALMART AUTO.

They're supposed to open at 7 AM. I arrived at 6:50AM, 1st inl ine. No one was here, and they didn't open until 7:27AM. They do good mechanical work, but they are very unprofessional..

Constance was the name of my attendant. She not only had a bad attitude with me but also with every other guest I saw her interact with. I understand that everyone has a bad day but it seemed to anger her that she had to serve guest.On top of that they re very unorganized. Waited in one line ten minutes just to be told very bluntly that I needed to move over to the next line because she doesn t do tires. The next gentleman had me write my info down on a piece of paper(guess there computers are down?) and after standing around with a few other customers for about 5-6 min. I had to ask if I was done and could I leave, or if I needed to pay, or what.When it comes to pick up do not expect a call when your service is done. It takes over 10 min of being on hold to get someone to pick up the phone.

The young black man at the front desk was nice and very professional. Best customer service I have gotten from Walmart auto center. Went in to get four tires and service was great.

Great experience getting new tires! Lower priced tires and quick service. Minus one star for denying me service at 4:20pm on Sunday (they closed at 5pm) with nobody else getting tire service at the time. It only took around 30 minutes to complete the 4 tire installation. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Horrible waiting for a pickup order over 1.5 hours. They sent a text that it was ready over hour and a half and all they say is we're backed up. No one answered me when I called the numbers they have posted or the store number. Horrible and rude ppl working here.only one kid pulling out orders and trying to explain to a bunch of angry customers that they are delayed. Never again will I order here.

The website says they open the tire shop at 7a. The lady that works the register back there didn t get there until 7:30 & she informed me that they don t actually schedule the tire guys till 8a. (But they dont actually arrive at 8a).So if your time is valuable to you - might as well wait till 8:30 to comeService: Tires

Got here at 7 when they were supposed to be open and they weren t open. Came back at 8 and was told by a gentleman he couldn t change a tire and to return at 9. I came back a little after 9 and was told they still couldn t put a tire on a wheel with just one person.

BEWARE This Walmart workers aren't certified for any service. I took my vehicle for an oil change just to learn they spilled oil all over my vehicle and on top of the engine while overfilling the engine. In addition they stole my luggage. Walmart paid $89 for the oil clean up but has yet to reimburse me for my luggage and clothes. They are ignoring my claim and the manager Cliff hasn't returned my call or sent me a check for restitution. He said he was going to conduct an investigation with loss prevention. I called Walmart Corporate and got nowhere. Don't take your vehicle to Walmart rather take it to dealer.Service: Oil change

Made an appointment for the hours of 3 and 4 pm online for tires they don t close till 7pm proceeded to tell me you came at bad time most technicians are gonna go might have one left here be about 2hrs probably I hate everything about Walmart with a passion always ghetto

About 7 Employees Were Standing Around Laughing & Joking . Only When I Got Out Of The Car To Walk Inside , Did One Of Them Ask If I Needed Help. I Told Them I Needed An Oil Change. When I Picked Up My Vehicle It Still Feels Like It Needs An Oil Change & The Sensor Still Goes Off Randomly, I Guess They Didn't Reset It. & I Was Charged More Than I Normally Pay , I Always Go To Wal-Mart To Get My Oil Changed . They Had No Explanation As To Why It Cost More. Will Not Be Going Back To This Walmart Again.

I'm so disappointed in wal mart I usually go here to buy my tires and get my car service. I pulled up around 3 and they close at 5pm. The young told me they were short staff and closing soon go to another Walmart, I do thank him for putting air in my tire before I left but still really.

BEWARE!! Please don't bring your vehicle here if you value it. They have a bad reputation for ruining cars. The employees are incompetent and not attentive. All they do is wander around. Some of them joke around and play with each other instead of providing customer service. I was ignored. I went there for a simple light bulb replacement. The service took forever. They tried to overcharge me for the product. They also charge me for wrong service. The employees also looked inexperienced and unprofessional. Terrible customer service!! I will never come here again!!

Always have been friendly and helpful. Had a bad battery, Alanta Hwy Walmart told me it was good. Went to Millbrook They checked it, said it was bad and gave me a new battery. Always liked this Walmart. Have been going there since it opened. Very satisfied.

Sitting at the tire center writing this because no one greeted me. The guys kept looking my way and then walk off. All I needed was some air for my tires because it s low due to the cold weather. Waited at least 10 mins before I drove all.
