Awesome experience! I ve never been to a car dealership that their focus is to get you out as fast as possible and surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be back in the future. Chad my car salesman was outstanding from the first phone call until I left the lot he was on it. I was in and out in under an hour and that s unheard for at dealership. This place takes the car buying experience to a whole new level.

I found the experience to be both friendly and efficient. Everyone I encountered seemed knowledgeable. I was on a tight schedule and they listened to exactly what my needs were, didn t waste my time by trying try to pressure me into something that wasn t right for me and I was out the door and satisfied within a few hours of initial arrival. I highly recommend Sons Kia in Montgomery!

Much better service than in the past. The service department still needs some training on how to greet customers. Especially the ladies at the cash register. You will stand there waiting for someone to wait on you and check you out. They act like they don't see you.DeMarcus and the new Chris are very good service advisors.

First-time car purchase here and my expectations were exceeded! From assistance from Gio lining up the vehicle I wanted to look at and my arrival to the dealership, to Reagan creating a smooth purchase process, and Everett working to find me the best possible rate in this market. It s evident through this dealership s leadership (Jonathan and David) why this dealership runs like a well-oiled machine. Even down to their service department who I was able to meet briefly! Thank you SONS KIA in Montgomery for an exemplary experience! We will be back!

The customer service at Sons of Kia is pretty good. The facility is very neat and always clean and they provide refreshments while you wait for services to be rendered. I must say that I was a bit disappointed when I went to get my first new car service. I was told that this consisted of an oil change. I was very unhappy afterwards when I looked under my hood and saw that ALL of the liquids were just as they were when I looked the week before (EMPTY and half full). With every other oil change I ve received over the years, they ve always TOPPED off all of the fluids during an oil change. I sat waiting patiently for 21/2 hours. I feel that the least a lucrative dealership such as KIA could do was oblige me with the same courtesy as these small corner oil and lube shops. To top things off, I tried calling to speak with a member of the service department s management team, only to be told that there isn t one. Who is the customer to voice complaints and concerns to??

I was issued a recall notice for my vehicle. After speaking to someone with Kia corporate, I was advised to reach out to the local dealership. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone in their service department, left unanswered messages, and was finally informed today not to leave messages because the voicemail box I was directed to was not even for the service team. I am out the money to replace a damaged catalytic converter that may have been caused by the recall and still can't get anyone on the phone. As a single mother, I don't have the resources to pour into this car or to take it to a dealership several towns away. The dealership should have a process in place to address federally-regulated recalls without the runaround. I am heartbroken that I can't rely on my only vehicle to be safe, the peace of mind in that safety, and that no one at this dealership can take the time to respond.

The staff were helpful, professional, and timely! They allowed us to inspect the vehicle at our own pace, informed us of features as we asked, and processed the paperwork efficiently. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the smoothest transaction by far. Thank you guys for such a great experience!

This transaction was absolutely splendid! The people Dorothy and Gio literally worked overtime for me to purchase the Kia Niro. I drove from out of town to purchase this car, the selection was better than other dealerships near me. I had an instinct that I would get a better trade in at Sons and I certainly did! I drove from out of town and Dorothy and Gio accommodated my schedule even though it put them working late. Dorothy is new there and what a terrific asset she is in the dealership. She is a great listener and she and Gio not only helped me get the perfect Kia for me they made it fun. I am thankful I drove 80 miles extra to work with this team and this dealership.

I recently got a 2015 Hyundai Sonata through Sons Kia of Montgomery, and I highly recommend sales man Reagan! He made sure I got the car I absolutely loved for a price that worked perfect for me. The process went extremely fast and I walked out with my dream car!

Purchased a new 2023 Sorento PEHV in March 2023. I took my 2023 Sorento in for routine servicing in August 2023. told them that I was having an issue & asked if they d check on it while they had it. That issue was not addressed. Then took it back in October 2023, again for routine servicing & asked them again to assess the issue that I was having in August, as well as a new problem that had occurred. Again, not addressed. Was then told that they were too busy to look at any issues & that I would have to make an appt. 2-3 weeks later, I stopped by the service dept (because I couldn t ever get anyone on the phone) to schedule an appt to have my car looked at. I was then told they wouldn t be able to get me in until March 2024, due to not having any mechanics. Keep in mind that my car was going into a limp mode where when I would push the accelerator, I had little to no power. Not a good situation when you re entering the interstate! At this point we were over the poor communication and service, that my husband and I went back to the dealership to trade it in on a different vehicle however, due to the high price of my current car, that depreciated almost $20,000 in 8 months, we weren t able to trade. Spoke with the general manager, said that he would call us as soon as they were fully staffed. Finally I was able to get my car in on 1/19/24, only after my husband caused a small scene. My car was there for 28 days and they called to say they couldn t find anything wrong and I needed to come pick it up. While there, the GM and another guy walked out with us to the car, I started it and you could immediately hear it misfiring. They ended up keeping the car for a total of 2 months and 2 days. While I have only had it back a couple of weeks now, it s still idling loud at times. I really had only heard wonderful things about Kia, but I can assure you that as soon as we are able to rid ourselves of this vehicle, we will not purchase another Kia.

On Saturday, February 17, 2024 I visited the Kia dealership in Montgomery. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the excellent customer service that was shown by Mr. Benjamin Dasinger. His thoroughness in explaining the process was awesome. This process was seamless thanks to his knowledge of his job.

My experience with this service center was an absolute nightmare. I brought my car in on Monday, only to be met with incompetence and excuses. They claimed to have just one authorized Kia service technician, causing a significant delay in diagnosing my vehicle. Even after raising the alarm to Kia consumer affairs, the situation did not improve.After 7 days waiting with no progress and being out of $700 in rentals fees; I was forced to retrieve my car and take it back to the Birmingham location, incurring even more expenses.This establishment is clearly overwhelmed by the volume of Kia recalls and being severely understaffed, has resulted in an utterly unacceptable customer experience. Instead of kia partnering with the likes of Enterprise to get their customers vouchers to use their rental company, you as the customer are left to fend for yourself.Sons kia isn't what brewbaker kia was. Sons kia is awful, I wouldn't recommend anyone get their car service there. Their incompetence and poor service make them unfit to handle any vehicle repairs.Also, please refrain from buying Kia cars at ANY DEALERSHIP, their warranties are no good, it's like they have been trained on ways to deny the customer any type of warranty work. They are specialists in finding ways to blame the customer.

We are driving from Minnesota to Florida and while in Montgomery, AL our Telluride indicated we had no Fuel even though we had filled up 87 miles prior to this happening. son s Kia was wonderful, they fit us into their busy schedule and were able to reset the Telluride s computer. We are back up and on our way. Thank you Son s Kia staff!

I had the BEST vehicle purchase experience with Son's Kia. From the moment I got out of my car, I was greeted by Chad who skillfully walked me through the whole car buying experience. All of the management were professional (thanks Dave & Barrett) and friendly and worked tirelessly to get me the deal I needed. Chad even went through the car features and made sure I met the Service staff, too! I HIGHLY recommend Son's Kia!

In for scheduled maintenance service. Damarcus did a great job at explaining what would be done and kept me posted throughout my time in waiting area. Vehicle was returned cleaned up very nicely too.

First, the dealership ordered the incorrect part for my car. It screwed this up twice, meaning that I wasted my time TWICE coming to the dealership to have work done, yet they'd repeatedly ordered the part to the wrong vehicle. Second, they could have avoided requiring me to pay for a part that is under warranty (I was told yesterday that a check will be sent in the mail to reimburse me). Third, they could have properly recorded my second appointment, so when I showed up they wouldn't tell me that I wasn't scheduled (I was, and was asked to pull up an email from them to prove it - which I did). Fourth, they could have called me on the phone to tell me when the part arrived, which they'd told me they would do after both my first and second appointments (but they called after neither). Frankly, the dealership's carelessness wasted a great deal of my time. I am utterly unsatisfied. I own two Kia vehicles but, based in no small part on my experiences at this dealership, will never purchase another Kia.

Had a great sales experience with Chad, and all the staff members I met, while trading a vehicle in and purchasing a used Kia Telluride. I ve bought a lot of vehicles I ve the years, and this purchase was my easiest and best experience yet. If you re looking for a vehicle, I recommend you see the team at Sons before you make a purchase elsewhere. Ask for Chad, you ll be glad you did. Thank you Sons!

COMMUNICATION!!!! I called to schedule an appointment a week and a half before I actually brought in my Kia. I explained to Christopher that I wanted to get done whatever my Zurich policy covered. At that point, it would have been a good time to mention that they don t honor that policy anymore. He did not. I drove 2 hours to get my car serviced because we moved about a year after we bought the car when it was Brewbaker Kia. I ended up paying about $300 that I didn t plan to have to pay. Son s Kia is nothing like Brewbaker. I won t buy another vehicle from them or get my car serviced there again. The guy that actually did intake on my car was very apologetic and helped us out a lot and I appreciate that, but I should have been told that they would not honor that policy BEFORE I made that drive.
