The staff at SONS CDHR were very professional and helpful. I called and had questions about one of their used Jeep Cherokee and Devin answered my questions over the phone. We drove over 2 hours to see the vehicle and we ended up purchasing it. Devin helped us from the start of the process and followed up with us after the purchase. All of the staff were super friendly.

I bought my 2019 Lincoln MKC on January 25, 2024 and LOVE it! My salesman was Mal and the sales manager was Eric!! Both of these gentlemen were very helpful, nice and made my purchase very exciting!!! I highly recommend SONS CDJR !!

The experience I had at this dealership was one of the best ever. This was my first time buying a Truck and from the Floor Manager to the General Manager they all made my first truck buying experience a top notched remember one.Thank you SONS CDJR Team!!! I m very impressed with Sons Dodge! The owner took time out of his day to help me get a key made for an old 1989 Dodge Custom that my father owned. They have a great customer service staff that don t try to beat you. I can appreciate that. I have bought 4 Dodge vehicles and plan to keep buying them from Sons!

I recently bought a car from here. They found me the perfect vehicle. My salesman Curtis was very helpful. He went above and beyond. The finance Manger Tave was awesome as well. He was very helpful. I love my vehicle and they stood behind their word on my needs. I recommend them. Ask for Curtis. He will get you in the ride he knows you can afford. Great job guys. Tave will do what he can to get you financed. You will not be disappointed

A Big Thank you to Sons for getting my RAM 3500 up and going after a serpentine belt broke and caused additional damage. I was broke down at Wind Creek Casino on Saturday morning hauling my trailer to a BBQ contest at the casino this weekend when the serpentine belt broke. I am from out of town in a panic on what to do. I called the service department and spoke with a fellow named Derm and they were able to work my truck in and had my 3500 back to me before the awards started. So thankful to Derm and the technicians that worked on my truck. Also a big Thank you to Missy and Joey s towing for their prompt service. I would recommend both these companies as they are as professional as it comes.

I was a nervous reck in a city I do not live trying to make it to another city for a appointment. The staff seen me right away and the wait was under 2 hours. They could have made me wait a day or two but they were rapid and swift. I would definitely recommend this service Department 100%. Thank you so much!

Great customer service, helpful and friendly. Was looking at the Jeep Gladiators, and ended up buying one. It is the second time I have purchased a vehicle there, and I am sure it will not be the last. Bill Hebbert was my salesman, and he did a fantastic job explaining everything.

I do not recommend the service department at SONS CDJR.I visited this dealership on Monday, November 13, 2023, to report an issue with my Dodge vehicle.The service advisor watched and listened to the video of the problem with my car and asked me to drop off the vehicle the next day. I requested to drop it off later that day, and she agreed, informing me that fixing the car may take a few days. I told her that would be fine, as I had another vehicle to drive.A second service advisor assisted me when I arrived back at the dealership and informed me that my car may not be looked at until the end of the week. I told her that would be okay.After more than a week, I hadn't heard anything about my vehicle. I assumed my car had not been looked at since I hadn't been contacted regarding a potential repair cost. I called the service department on Wednesday, November 22, and spoke with my service advisor. She informed me that my car was "second in line" to be looked at that day and I should expect a callback that afternoon with an estimated repair cost. I never received a call.I went by the dealership on Tuesday, November 28, and talked with the GM. She seemed to be shocked about the poor service I received and apologized. She got the service manager, who apologized and blamed the issue on their backlog and the holiday season. I told him I was aware of it being close to the holidays, and all I wanted was communication. If no one started on my car, I should know that - especially since the service advisor told me days before that my car was "second in line" to be looked at.The service manager agreed and apologized again. He told me he would personally look at my car and call me later that afternoon with an update. As promised, he called back that afternoon and told me he heard the weird noise the car was making. He said they wanted to play around with it for another day and that he would get back to me the following afternoon.I waited several days and never received any communication. I ended up going to pick my car up on Monday, December 4, without anything being resolved.I've used this service department since 2014 and have had no issues like this one.**During this situation, two employees at the dealership told me SONS had been having a lot of complaints/issues with the service department and that some employees had been replaced a few times, but nothing seemed to gel.

Service from beginning to end was a Great Experience. I came in and was Greeted with a smile and a friendly handshake by Shirley Buchanan and it was like that from beginning to end, she took interest in what I wanted a Jeep Wrangler 2024 and made sure that I got one with the help of Manager Antonio. They both made the experience very comfortable and I m thankful for that. SONS CDJR Fiat of Montgomery is the place to go if you want Great, Friendly, and Reliable service for your next car purchase. Staff are a phone call or walk in away if you need anything!!!

My 2018 Jeep was making noises after a repair I received elsewhere. I had been to 3 other auto repair shops and was dismissed and treated badly. Finally I decided let me try Sons CDJR service. I drove into the bay and Madonna immediately came to my rescue. She saw the distress on my face and took the time to care. She put my mind at ease and told me everything would be ok. She reached out to the mechanics at CDJR and although they were booked they helped me, they listened, they cared! Your service team is awesome and I can never thank all of you enough! ! I highly recommend the service department at Sons CDJR! If you are looking for a new vehicle but want personal service visit Sandy in sales!

We had an emissions system failure on our truck while traveling with our fifth wheel camper. We visited this dealer because they were closest and lucked out with the best service that could be expected. Not only did they give us a place to park our camper for two nights while waiting for a part to arrive, but they gave us a loaner car and great restaurant recommendations for our impromptu Montgomery roadside vacation! This service department was the absolute best we ve ever experienced.

Ok now when I first went it was good dropped my car off they kept it for 4 days and once inspection was completed I went ahead with what needed to be fixed. I had to rent a car for those days since that was my only transportation. Everything was good picked van back up and went home. This was before Christmas. Next thing I know Sunday came and my engine light flashed back on and van back shaking. So I brought vehicle back and told them I was just here for this issue and I could not afford to rent another vehicle I needed it done today. The lady, Madonna was really nice and worked with me through the entire process but listen, I had to cancel all my plans for that day to sit up there for 7 hours for a mistake they made which was unfair to me and I don t even live in Montgomery so that s gas, my time, my work and I had my kids with me. The wait time was the worst ever for something that was not even my fault. They did fix their mistake and it was appreciated but 7 hours wait time was ridiculous.

I went in for an oil change. The Service was fantastic from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I got there about five minutes prior to them opening; they were open, ready to work, and very welcoming.

Son s CDJR s service department is lacking in professional courtesy and business integrity. I have had to take my vehicle there 3 times for the same issue. They hold onto your vehicle for weeks and won t return your phone call. The second time they returned it, the exterior lock didn t work. I was able to fix that myself. The third time, the ac and heat didn t work. Craig said he would do right by me and fix it, promising to call in 2 weeks, even if he didn t get the part. Needless to say more than 3 weeks later I get no phone call. My recommendation: If you need actual service from a professional service department, go elsewhere.

It pays to be prepared when traveling. Should have realized my oil needed changing before leaving home. And shame on me for not asking the price before letting them do the work. $320.00 for an oil change. It cost $130 more than any other Jeep Dealership I have used. Thought the cost of living in Alabama was lower than Texas, New Mexico, or Oklahoma. Guess not!!!!!!!

Nothing but macro aggressions and disrespect from Justin (silver and black beard). I will further explain when I calm down mentally.One thing I will say now is when he was told that he needs to speak to people better being that this is customer services, he said maybe I talk too fast for you. This is solely on him in particular.I can not believe this. None of the other people in the office stepped up and said anything to him for his ways .

Friendly staff willing to help when asked too, answered my questions as well as my friend Lisa's too. Thankful Lisa suggested stopping by and looking for me to buy a good used car. My car and I taken on Monday February 20th, 2023. 3/25/24 I will continue to gmtake ny CTS Cadillac to SonsCDJR FIAT of Montgomery for mynoil changes and other issues as long as I own this car! Helpful employees, wonderful snacks, hot drinks including several flavirs of hot tea and hit coffee as well as hot chocolate and cold water too!

1. I requested a tire rotation and BALANCE. Only a rotation was done according to my bill.2. The air filter needed to be changed. There was no air filter in stock.3. I needed a new bulb in the rear driver side and have a cable that is detached and hanging beneath the car. No diagnostics or repairs could be serviced for me for a week.Very disappointing experience.

This was truly the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. I drove 5 hours to purchase my vehicle. Tave my salesman and Missy the finance manager were absolutely amazing! Awesome experience!

Oil change with tire rotation and balance. Was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Four hours later I had to call to see if it was ready. It was but the invoice was not. Glad I didn t wait there.

Demarcus was great to work with so was sales manager and finance manager good bunch of people 10 all the way. Thanks a bunch everyone brought my wife and we changed to a different truck at last minute on Damascus he Handled it well 10+.
