I really hope this message reaches the owner as well as the manager of the store just to see how they respond knowing people work in the store that are doing sick and twisted things to their own customers! Been going here several years now off and on. But I promise I won't even return to this place even to use the Bathroom! The guy at the front desk with the goatee and glasses took my truck, kept it overnight. I called the next day to check on the the brake inspection that was being performed. He told me that the brake was good on the truck all the way around! But they needing cleaning and that was it. He finally called me at the end of the day and told me my truck was ready. We I arrived toPick up, he told me that my total was nearly $600. This is no joke! Never once did I receive a quote or anything in advance. For cleaning some brakes?? I had to speak to the manager about the situation only to get the amount reduced. Be careful shopping here! These guys are great at what they do. Nice, Honest & Caring staff. The waiting area was also nice and accommodating.

Sexton is a great shop for tires anything suspension related, oil changes, and.even light repairs! I've been really impressed by the professionalism and speedy work!

We were traveling through Montgomery, AL , headed home from a trip to Nashville. We started having what we thought was some tire issues. We'd Googled a chain tire store but Sexton was located conveniently as we exited the interstate and we decided we wanted to pull into their parking lot. They took a look, saw we had tires that were separating and close to a blow out. We had to spend a little time there but these folks were wonderful to us. They even provided water for the 3 rescue puppies that were along for the ride. They changed all 4 tires and put us back on the road. I'm so happy we stopped with them and not the chain we'd originally scoped out. I prefer to think of it as divine intervention. This business was in our path when we needed them and it's where we were supposed to stop. Thanks, Sexton Tire!

We encountered tire trouble on a road trip from Nashville back to South Georgia, and we visited Sexton s. The staff was so friendly and considerate. Daughter bent the rim on her vehicle driving back home. She HAD to make it to her city by 1 PM, 5hours from Montgomery. I called Sextons for advice. She drove straight there, they fixed both rims, and she was safely on her way. $16, and excellent, kind customer service on an early Saturday morning. Thanks!

So it seems like there are a lot of "I was traveling through, when this happened" reviews... Well, here's another one: Heading south for a funeral on the gulf coast from NC and the TPMS went off. We travel with a mini 12v air compressor and as I am filling up the front right tire, my wife tells me she can hear it coming out as fast as I am putting it in. Being that Sexton was right off the interstate, we zipped in with a rapidly deflating tire at 330pm... on a FRIDAY! They got us fixed up, and back on the road before closing. I thought we would be renting a car and leaving it there, but the guys did a great job. Thanks to all involved, and for giving that little bit extra.Service: Tires

Leaving Nashville, Tennessee to go home to South Georgia, we experienced some alarming tire trouble while on I-65. We selected Sexton because they were closest, and I am so glad we did. The staff at Sexton was immensely friendly and knowledgeable. They even drove our car on the road before we finished our drive to ensure the car was riding smoothly. Also, we picked up three puppies in Huntsville for myself and two friends, and the staff provided us with a water bowl for the pups while we waited!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using Sexton for over 25 years. Always good service. Good, reliable technicians. Fair prices as well. Never try to sell parts you don't need and always call ahead before a replacement is installed. Outstanding management staff as well.

Ryan and his team always do a great job on our vehicles. I especially love that they don't try to sell you unnecessary services like some shops do. Highly recommended.

Went in for a wheel alignment on a Saturday, I decided to wait and they had me in and out within an hour. Staff was really cool and they also helped me out with some other issues.

I called in about my tire, and I spoke with Ryan. He was very detailed about what I may need and also was honest about the wait time. I got off at 4:30, got to them by 4:50 and was out of the door by 5:30. Service was with a smile, and the offer to return if I experienced any issues was comforting to me. I definitely will be going back.

This is a family owned business who has taken care of my vehicles for many years. They Always look after me and let me know what needs replaced immediately or if it can wait and for how long. I trust them with my life, literally. I drive on many back roads and on the interstate. I have AAA but with Sexton taking care of me I sleep better at night. I would recommend them to anyone and I guarantee they would become a lifetime customer such as I have become.

Excellent, personalized service. Able to patiently answer tire issue questions. Provides written estimates. Very clean restroom and waiting area. Fresh coffee provided to customers. They service what they sell. If shopping for tires, stop by and talk with them. I have had my two cars serviced there for years.

Locally owned by a family you will see while you are picking up or dropping off your auto. More than just tires and maintenance, they have addressed my mechanical needs expediently with fair pricing. I definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Sexton Tire Pros. They saved my hunt. My alternator and battery went out the day before I was to go on a much needed hunt. Mr. Ronnie and the staff got me up and running in time that day to go back and finish the work day and get to prepared for my hunting trip. Thanks

The guy that fixed my car did great, and the manager was SO sweet and helpful and explained everything to me so that I would understand! I didn't catch their names, but will definitely be sending my parents and family to Sexton Tire!!

New tires for my truck very good job. While I was there on 2 occasions it was the customer support that sold me. Will keep going back if it s just to get a cup of coffee. Great service

The older guy who owns the shop, was very rude to me! Long story short, my tag got stolen off of my vehicle, while it was in their care, and the owner was very rude about the situation. Never apologized, but he knew how to be rude! I will never, return there. I took my $400 some place else.

Very honest. Thought I needed an alignment, after hooking up to the machine, they realized everything was fine. Had the opportunity to overcharge, but instead let me know an alignment was unnecessary.

Had a bent tire rim but was in a time crunch, talked to an employee who came right out to my car, looked at it, and gave me some good advice about how to proceed since they couldn't do anything for it that morning. Very courteous, professional, and friendly!

Experts dispensing good advice, reliable diagnostics and trusted to mount, maintain and repair tires. A member of Tire Pros which means you can get flats fixed anywhere in the country. Nitrogen fill a little extra. Price competitive with tire and mechanics shops but you may pay $100 per set more than Costco or Sam's. Waiting room is old school mechanics shop style, so don't expect feminine decor. The best of its type in Montgomery, with plenty of awards on the wall.

I was having trouble contacting tire companies in town and they were all giving me the same response. I needed tp replace my tire with the spare in my trunk. They easily said $10. Walked in took my keys got my car and had the keys back in my hands within 15 min. Thanks

Sexton tire pros did a great job repairing my front tires that others could not. They removed excessive balance weights and lift on by other repair shops to give me a smooth ride. THANKS For repairing a problem that 3 other shops could not.
