It has online that they close at 5:30 and it says that it was updated a week ago by them. All I needed was 15 min to get my part. I got there at 4:38 and they said they closed st 4:30. I have a wedding to go to and they still wouldn't just give me 15 min. There was people still paying for stuff they got. I could have got what I needed and Bern back by the time they last person got checked out.

Drove over two hours to go there yesterday mainly looking for a ladder rack bumper or steps for my truck. I just wanted to look on the yard and see what was there. I was informed by the one lady employee I spoke too that" if it ain't on the computer we ain't got it."very rudly. I happen to own ten older vehicles of varying makes and models but I'll get my parts elsewhere you won't see a dime of my money after driving so far to be spoken to like that.

Best customer service I ve ever had, I don t really know about my parts so I had an amazing experience with an incredible employee there, I believe his name was Jonathan and I was helped quick. I am really satisfied with pull a parts employees.

The worker jonathan and his Manager morgan did a great job on assisting me with all my question and needs. They were polite and very attentive. I would recommend comming up here if you need to pull- apart.

I ve used pull a part for years. Clean yard. Brought everyone out water one 100+ day. Good prices. Very helpful. Look forward to next visit looking for parts for my 1996 jeep Cherokee xj.

I was very pleased with the help of Lauren who was at the counter as she assisted me in finding the parts I needed for my car. Once I knew where to find the parts the yard was set up in a way that was mostly easy to find. I will be going back in the future whenever I need a part again. Thank you to all those who make it possible to save time and money!

I ventured for the first time a few days ago. Out of my element and totally lost. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The yard is laid out very well and easy to navigate. Their staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend taking a ride out there. It is worth the trip. A mechanic quoted me over $1k for a repair and Pull-A-Part saved me over $950!

My husband go's pull-a-part every chance we get The place has it all and kind of cars. I like going to looking around it's fun and I like it.we when to pull a part Tuesday and got a part for our and we founded it's work real good give pull-a-part the thumbs. Well it looks like going out there soon we need to get a part for our van love it [fun].

I'm not a techy and could not learn the store hours for the Montgomery, Alabama location; even though you are open seven days a week; except Thanksgiving day.

The staff was friendly from the start. They were more helpful that they were even required to be. I hope I don t need to come back, but I would not hesitate if the need arose. Customer service is top notch.

Even though I drive about 1 1/2 hrs to get there, It is worth the trip to find the parts I need for my daughters car. Big selection of junk cars, trucks and SuV's. You can even buy cars that run for under $2000.

Staff are courteous and helpful. The value of used parts are exceptional. If the part does not work you can return for another part or get a credit on your next purchase. Bring your own tools to remove the parts you need. I found removing the parts from their autos very helpful when removing and replacing parts on my vehicle along with You Tube videos.

I have been coming here for years, and it has always been great! From my somewhat modern cars to my classics, I always seem to find what I am looking for at great prices. The selection of pre-1986 Ford trucks has been AMAZING lately. I even found some parts I needed for my 1978 F-100 and an EXTREMELY low mileage 5R55E Explorer transmission for another vehicle of mine. There is just no other place like it for the deals and the huge selection!

Pull-a-Part has great customer service. The management is top notch! Every time I come here, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Pull-a-Part for all my used part needs, and I recommend them to anyone who needs used parts!

other used parts co have a way to get information on every thingsuch as pul pricing the extented warranty we are to go out to yard to find answeres and in montgomery people are going to gv pulaprt just been in business 45 yrs and help is needed and i know this is one customer you could do m,ore even to find extented warry and the price to pull it thanks

It was hot and I'm a wimp without AC, but i was able to check inventory online before leaving the comfort of my home, then once i got there dude pointed me in the right direction and the rest was easy
