Ken and the staff did a prompt and excellent job on my new car. I appreciated the education comparing the different products offered. Paint Defenders put on my window tint, paint protection film and did a ceramic decontamination wash and I have been happy with each service! The employees are all kind and Ken the owner is very involved. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend visiting Paint Diffuser to tint your company vehicle. The staff there is truly amazing, and they offer a cozy waiting area with hot coffee and TV streaming apps. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere the professionalism, and excellent work that was done to remove the years of tint build up on my older model car. I know it was a hard and tedious task however, the results was amazing. Thank you.

They did a great job of adding a ceramic coating to my paint. It looks brand new, it was reasonably priced and has a great warranty. Ken was also very communicative.

Very professional with great attention to detail. Highly recommend! I had my windows tinted after my ceramic coating and the second experience was as great as the first! Update March 2024-Just had my new 911 GTS filmed and ceramic coating applied. Ken and his staff always do a great job and always strive to provide the best customer service! Highly recommend!

I don t ever write reviews but I had to after my experiences at Paint Defender. I just bought my M4 a few weeks ago (still have temp tags as I write this) and wanted to get window tint and paint protection film, but of course I also have trust issues with my new car. After looking up Paint Defender reviews and photos I decided to start with window tint. I ve had all my previous cars tinted and nobody has done a better job than Quincy at Paint Defender. When I went to pickup the car I spoke with Ken who explained PPF and ceramic coating in detail and even showed me some of the cars in the shop that has these products applied. These guys are straight shooters, not used car salesmen which is a huge plus in my book. I decided to go for the PPF and ceramic coating and I m so glad I did because they did a perfect job and were lightning fast too. This is a great local business that does top tier work and knows how to treat customers. I even spoke with other customers while waiting and could tell if anything went wrong they had no issues bringing in their car because these guys are willing to do what s right for the customer. I won t go anywhere else in Montgomery for my car or future cars. Customer for life here and business well earned. Thank you!Services: Paint protection, Window tinting

Overall, mediocre work on a tint job. Expensive XPEL product did not receive the attention to detail I expected. Vehicle is tinted to the shade I wanted but I would not have driven the two hours to the shop had I known how many application imperfections I would be able to spot just from the driver s seat. Windows had residual streaks throughout the vehicle as well similar to a dirty squeegee at the gas station.

This place is amazing!!! My back window was bubbled really bad from the previous tint, and Quincy, the person who did my tint, was able to remove it without damaging the defrost in any way! They know exactly what they are doing and they know their stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, especially for window tint!The pictures below are a BEFORE and AFTER!!!Quincy has been doing this for 24-25 years! They've always got me in and out when they say they will (even when I'm slightly late in arriving!) Thanks to this ceramic coating my car looks brand new and looks clean EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Can't say enough good things about everyone here.

Spoke with the owner a few weeks prior to setting an appointment to get both a ceramic paint protection and ceramic window tint. I was absolutely pleased that my questions both over the phone and in person were answered genuinely and knowledgeably. I also had the interior cleaned and the car back at the intended time and date!I will be going to them for maintenance washes and other services without hesitation to maintain my car's look.Services: Heat control window films, Paint protection

My wife scheduled an appointment with Paint Defender on a Monday morning to get my car windows tinted. So we show up earlier than the appointment time to drop the car off because we had several errands to do. We were told by the front desk employee that it was going to be awhile before they start doing the job because the shop was running behind.Around 4:30pm that day I decided to call and check the status because the shop closed at 5pm, and I never received a call or text saying the job was finished. The gentleman on the phone said they were finishing up, and I could come pick up the car. I show up and I am told that they did not have time to finish and to come back a different day so they can redo the back glass because it wasn t done correctly. So we pay for the service and leave.A couple days later I call and ask if I can bring the car in the following Monday. The employee at the front desk said yes it s no problem. I even asked if there was a specific time I should show up. I was told anytime Monday was okay. So I show up late Monday morning, and I m told that it s going to be awhile before they can get to my car. So I waited in the lobby for around 2 and a half to 3 hours. While I was waiting I found out that Paint Defender offers 15% off military. So I asked the front desk employee and I was told I already paid so it s too late.-It seems like they over book appointments with minimal staffing. I would HIGHLY recommend LOOKING ELSEWHERE for window tinting, because I wasted entirely too much time at Paint Defender.Service: Sun control window tinting

Came all the way from the Wiregrass/Fort Novosel area!Customer Service, Quality work, and all things considered was deserving of all 5 stars. Talking to the owner and employees all seem to enjoy what they do for this business from technician(s) to their front desk.Cheers and the only complaint I have now is I should've went darker since I heard they are pretty lax with their tint enforcement!2nd Trip:The team at Paint Defender just can't be beat, wife wanted to add some extra tint to the front to block out the hear and Ken went above and beyond to address some things on my OEM PPF which they didn't even install! I'll be coming back to get more work done if the need arises!

I ve had a total of six vehicles covered (tinted and ceramic coated) by Paint Defender and Ken (Stommel) continues to impress! His (and his team s) workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. He is a stand-up guy, extremely detail-oriented, and is truly committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I will always highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality paint protection film (PPF), car wash/detail, ceramic coatings/maintenance, and/or ceramic tint installation in the Southeast. At first, I was skeptical about the place, but this place is really professional, nice, great staff, and I love the atmosphere. I kept the car for about 6 days driving back and forth to work and only had one little issue. I call Mr. Ken and brought it in and they took care of it with no stress. I will definitely be back for their services again. The things that I had done were: tinted windows on all of the windows with 86% heat reduction and tinted headlights.
