As I was passing by, I suddenly found that my headlights were broken. So I stopped by here, bought a headlight, and asked for a replacement.However, I was unfriendly, saying that the service was not available.I already knew that other places were replacing in the same situation, and I felt pretty bad because it was already service money included in the price.I felt like I was ignoring it because I'm a foreigner, and I don't want to go here again.Also, I would like to tell you never to go here.In conclusion, a kind white man who was watching from the side took over.Problems such as headlights are dangerous and can lead to police problems, which are very rude and rude to customers here at car parts stores.If possible, I would like to file a complaint with the headquarters.I've paid enough, and I'm a client, and I'm a hard-working, tax-paying American lawyer, so I feel pretty bad.You have to respect me. Racism is not right.DEAR ABBY: I will remember a female black employee and an elderly male African-American employee. They should apologize to me. It is not the right attitude to work that way.I am quite disappointed with your service.Just be clear about that. Goodbye.

Let's start with the photo. Two employees around with a customer sitting on the counter and nothing was said as if it was the norm. Next, the employee Avery attempted to lock the door before the designated time of closing. Once I was allowed entry, I walked around looking for a specific part that I needed. Upon going to the counter to check out, the employee Avery scanned my item and proceeded to tell me the amount without asking me for my phone number regarding my warranty information. I then had to inform him on what to do. The other employee, Michele, was no better. The customer service from this location was terrible at best and completely aweful. I'm not sure what O'Reilly standards are, but clearly, these workers failed hands down.

Pretty nice staff. I told the lady at the counter I needed new windshield wiper blades for my car but didn't know which ones. So, she booted up the store catalog and asked me the make and model of my car. Once she had that, she found which blades I needed and brought them from the back. After spending a while outside trying to figure out how to install the blades myself, another worker came out to see if I needed help. By then, I had basically figured out how to replace the blades, but he was still kind enough to check behind me to make sure I had them tight on there. He also reminded me to try the new ones out before throwing my old ones away and leaving the store. Not many businesses would do that, so I greatly appreciated it!

I have only had to pop in here a few times, but when I do the employees are super helpful, give me good recommendations, answer all my questions, and make it a good shopping experience each and everytime.

They are in a class all by themselves! They're so much better than the local yocal Auto parts stores like Auto zone, who don't have a clue about anything to do with cars. They know what they're doing. they're kind friendly and helpful. James especially was great handling the situation at hand!! but highly recommend them

It's like any parts store. They are fair on prices. I maintain my vehicle unless it needs big work. But they do hold a decent stock of parts.

I stopped by either Tuesday or Wednesday evening of last week about a potential fuse issue and the gentlemen that was working there was so helpful. He came out and took his time to check both of my fuse boxes. The customer service was awesome.

I was greeted and asked if I needed help upon walking in the store. When I couldn't answer a question the salesman offered to find the information on his own. Not to mention I was able to look at the various car accessories while I waited. Playing with the interior lights made my day.I'm confident with every visit and I know my car is in good hands.

When I went in, I was the only customer in the store. The manager, Lauren, took very good care of me. She helped me find all of the items on my list and she answered pricing information about different parts for me. As I replace these parts, I intend to go back and purchase them there. The warranties are really good as they do not prorate them. If a covered part fails during the warranty period (from original purchase date), the part; battery, a/c compressor, etc, is replaced at no cost, even if has already been replaced during the same warranty period. They loan some tools, they test batteries, they install wiper blades, etc.

No this location bad service..I was thinking I was gonna get the same service, I usually get at the southern blvd location..now that location from the manager down all have excellent customer service... I will just stick with going too them from now own.. some people in retail forget customers are apart of their job...

I needed a new battery and got the same one way cheaper at Walmart around the corner. Very not resourceful that day on them

I love the staff! Everybody so nice & laid back! & unlike most auto parts Places they really try to help you find what you need for great prices instead of trying to get over on you

My 86 year old mother had a dead battery, and after two visits from AAA, she was sent to O'Reilly Auto Parts. The battery in her 1999 Chrysler is extremely tough to replace. There was a very kind, helpful employee at this location, Allie, who helped us. When the worker who normally puts in the batteries that are tougher to install could not come in, Allie put the battery in for us. Her extra time and fantastic attitude was very much appreciated. It worked great. I can't say how much we both appreciate Allie's efforts. We will visit this location again!

These type of people dat play it safe, with curb side service, handicap parking, even if your not really handicapped and have a tag. Most people call that lazy, not handicapped. Oh yeah O'Reilly auto is ok .. better hold on to your paperwork.. js

Never leave without learning something new. Shade tree mechanics welcome. Tend to have better prices on parts. Sometimes they will meet or beat competitor's prices if items are the same.

I have been using a shuddering stop additive that was not working as well as I liked the good man at Ann st. Harrison Road, new what I need and went straight to it, worked great
