Fantastic. The store in in Montgomery had my part in stock and waiting on me. Great counter people. And I was very courteous. The store was clean. Twice in one day. O'Reilly's has impressed me.

I came into the shop and was greeted by a great O'Reilly worker name Michael who really went beyond in helping assist with my purchase. It's not very often you see people so eager to help so I felt that I should leave something to show my appreciation. Thanks O'Reilly

Outstanding customer service from the team on Monday around 5:30 pm. The two gentlemen made sure I had the correct tool for the car repair and walked me through the mechanical steps. My rig and safe and on the road!

The manager was very rude. He had me make a separated order instead of providing a kit comparable to the warranty of my parts. I spent way more money and time, from now on I will just order online because at least that way I can get the correct parts!! My experience was horrible, I do better at Autozone.

Chuck is an awesome employee. He worked with me trying to figure out the correct belt for my car. Together we chose the right one. He was also able to allow me to use the right tools to get the job done. Very pleasant experience!!! Grade A++ Service!!!

Awesome people and very courteous, checked my oil and transmission fluid in the middle of the summer heat with a smile on his face...even showed me how to add Freon! Best service by far!!!

Most staff is fairly knowledgeable for a parts store. They are usually helpful as long as the customer isn't rude.

I had to go to replace a battery that was less than a year old. It took them awhile to find me in their system. However, once I was located, it took no time for them to efficiently switch out the batteries.
