Beyond lousy customer service until it s time to pay the bill. We had a car in the service shop for TWO MONTHS, and I had to make the effort to call multiple times to find out its status; trying to talk to someone who knew anything was like navigating a circus. No one ever reached out to me with information unless I had harangued them to do so. Stunningly but not really once we decided to move the car elsewhere, the service department suddenly discovered how to call me and kept after me about the bill. That s not what I call customer service.

I just a truck on 10-20-23 and the next the engine light came on I brought it on Monday 10-23-23 Tony said it was a hose that pop off. On Friday 10-27-23 the engine light came back on AGAIN while in Birmingham called Tony I took it to the GMC dealer in Birmingham they were booked but the did scan the DTC for my truck and find the problem. Today, I brought it back and finally found the same issue from last week. And now I have to pay $100.00 deductible for something that should have been caught before I purchased this vehicle and should have the issue resolved last Monday. I have already written a review and also responded back to the BBB. I can understand paying the deductible later down the road but I just purchased this truck, and its been only a week having issues. I shouldn't have to pay for anything that I just purchased, and it should have make certified through the shop. DO NOT come to get service at all and not with Tony. And now the truck could not be certified because a hose pop off and days later it has fuel pump issues. If the truck was certified these small things would have been caught by the technician

I went to GMC for the first time looking for a car and I was recommended to Thomas Jackson & I want to say that he was amazing, patient and understanding. He helped me out by finding the best car for me and I love my new car, so go give him a try and see what you think.

My salesman Chance Dicus went above and beyond to help me buy my 2023 Cadillac XT5, he never gave up and was determined to get me that car. He was so nice and professional, he has contacted me and thanked me for my business. I recommend him to anyone! A note for the finance and management were excellent as well.

I will like to take the time and think Mr. Thomas Jackson from Mullinax Buick GMC Cadillac for helping me to get this beauty, he was so patient and understanding if you know me baby wooooo child you know I'm an hand full, I ask so many questions. If you need a vehicle go by and see him. He will do everything possible to get you riding. Thanks again Mr. Jackson.

My husband and I both were looking into trading our vehicles in. Justin at Classic GMC helped us both get into our new cars within 2 days of each other last week. Justin and the staff went above and beyond for us. We are both full time workers so Justin brought a car to my home to test drive when he saw I was pressed for time. Justin listened to our wants and needs when it came to what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. The cars are quality also!! Thank you Justin & Team!

Traveling through and had mechanical issues. Got my truck to the service department. Friday at 3pm I don t know of another company much less service company that would go above the call of duty the way the staff at Classic has gone. I was seen immediately by Kinta. Incredibly personal and without a doubt cared about me and my situation. I was given updates periodically which were very much appreciated. Walker the mechanic went above any preconceived expectations I had. Walker you re a fine guy to bust your knuckles for me on a Friday evening. If Classic was in my hometown they would be the only place I would take my vehicles. Thank you all involved for making a stressful situation tolerable.

Thank you GMC Classic/BMW for dealing with me!!!! I have been debating on what car I wanted for months. Ask for Jordan when you go, he is the absolute best and most patient salesman ever!!! Jordan made my car buying experience amazing. I called him on a Wednesday and purchased the car the next day. The customer service is GREAT. Jordan makes your car buying experience special. I recommend Jordan from GMC/Classic if you are ever in need of buying car
