My new 2019 vehicle was badly damaged in an auto accident. This being my first accident, I was very thankful to have this shop recommended by a family member. Brandon in their office kept me updated and informed of everything and had my vehicle back to me BETTER THAN NEW in less time than I had anticipated. This shop and its employees do excellent work and I am very pleased with my vehicle. I hope I do not need them again, but will not hesitate to call them first if I am need of any body work on my vehicle. Thanks again!

My car had scrapes and scratches down the entire passenger side after a run-in with a bush. They buffed it out, cleaned it up, and waxed it. The car looks so good that I was joking that I should scratch up the other side too! It looks like new, and it's 15 years old. Price was very reasonable.

Best body shop around! I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. Great people that do great work! My family and I have been using them for decades and they never disappoint.

We had a car repaired here a few years ago and were very pleased with the repair work. This was paid for by insurance but we made sure they could get original parts. The service was good, the car looked good as new and was delivered by the day they said it would be.

My wife had called for a quote and the lady on the phone was very rude and said it would cost $40 just to get an estimate. They might do good work and we were seriously considering having them do the work, but when something bad happens to your car, the last thing anyone needs is a rude person and an additional cost just to get pricing. I cannot recommend a company that has this first impression regardless of the online reviews. Consider looking aroumd more...

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and asked for an estimate and they told me that since my accident occurred one day ago, I shouldn't need an estimate that the party at fault insurance company would inquire about the estimate. Not only that, they told me to go to Capitol Paint and Body for an estimate.

Missed a few scratches and had a paint flaw but both may be due to pressure from insurance company. Did a great job matching and blending the paint
