These guys are great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been trying to get a key made for a vintage trailer door knob with no luck. Talked to these guys and they had me fixed up quickly and effortlessly.

I accidentally locked my car key in my car and I called Montgomery Lock & Key to help within an hour and a half, Slade came and was able to unlock my car in minutes. He was so professional & nice, and I m extremely grateful!!

I got locked out of 08 Honda Civic 2 too May times! I never had a spare key when I purchased the car, so I googled key companies in the local area and found Montgomery Lock and Key! I told them I needed a spare car key, but I ended up getting a whole new car key with remote, they were able to program it to my car, everything worked just fine and I was on my way! I never even knew this was possible without going to the dealership! Customer service was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, great prices, the young guy worked fast and efficiently to get me all taken care of.

Great Customer Service! The staff was very helpful and made sure everything was working correctly. We had a key made for a newer model truck and it was not connecting to the truck s computer system. They made sure to get another technician to look into it. It was great to see a company take extra steps to be sure it was working.

What a great find! I needed to get two new keys for my Ford pickup. These keys have to be programmed for the truck. Montgomery lock and key were able to cut the keys and program them for far less than the dealer would have charged and less than half what another locksmith was going to charge. And they did it all in about 15 minutes. Tested all the keys in all the locks on the truck and the ignition and everything work fine! What a bargain!

I called to get a spare key made for my 1995 Mitsubishis 3000GT , they were helpful on the phone . Got there in 30 minutes and they made the spare keys for my Coupe and my Spyder in no time . I brought the blank car keys . They charged me $2 per key . That was awesome . And this is not the first time they helped me .

Tyler, the technician sent by Montgomery Lock and Key, was professional and courteous. In addition to installing my new door latch and electronic dead bolt, he adjusted the old heavy door to close correctly as well as the door jam that had been ruined. My door looks great and it opens and closes like new. I feel very secure.

We just leased a new office building in Montgomery and couldn't lock the front door...which posed a real problem for us. Montgomery Lock & Key was able to get a tech over to us in an hour, figured out the problem, and had it repaired and working smoothly within a few minutes. You can't ask for better than that.To be honest, I hope we won't need them again in the future, but if we do, these guys are the only locksmith we'll call in the Montgomery area.Thank you for doing what you do.

We were locked out of our home and Montgomery Lock and Key responded quickly. They were very helpful, professional and polite. I mentioned that we were meaning to make copies of our key and the technician offered that service. Very affordable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Great all around!! Great service, great work, great price, great rapport and speed, Taylor is a great business man. Very honest, integrity based business. I highly recomend.They made me a spare key for my Honda CRV a bit ago and fixed an issue in the ignition very efficiently today. Great company!!! I was told someone would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived 4 hours later. I wanted to pay the bill, but they charged the young lady who locked her keys in the car. Won't be my first call next time

After calling allllllll around Alabama for a key fob for my Kia and being told they have been on back order for months and won t be available for another 6-8 weeks I called Montgomery Lock and Key.When I tell you they exceeded my expectations they did just that.I had to wait a few days for the key to ship but it was only a few days and as soon as they got it the young man was at my home within 15 minutes and shortly after he had my key fob programmed and ready for me to be on the road again!!So tell a friend to tell a friend to give em a call!THE BEST IN TOWN FOR SURE!!!!

I called Montgomery Lock and Key and the guy I talked to said he could be there in 10 to 15 minutes. He showed up on time and had my car door in an hot minute.He had an excellent attitude. I appreciate that. Thanks for the help.

They broke my door handle and made me pay $60 for openning up the car.They made me drive 45 miles back to get it fixed. When I came in, they said to come back later. They just gave me it to fix it on my own. The boss was rude and was accusing me of lying. Trust me move on or your door handle will be left out broken! Worst place that I have ever delt with.

I chose Montgomery Lock & Key because I am a local business owner, and I noticed that they had one review that was skewing their rating. The bad review seems to be a troll of some sort, so I wanted to give them an opportunity to provide a quality experience and earn themselves an additional 5-star review. They are very friendly and helpful and easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend!
