I spoke personally with Mitchell Allen on Saturday evening over the phone. We discussed a possible trade that I had for a nice vehicle that he had on the lot. I drove to them on Monday afternoon. He held it for me honoring his word and commitment to me as he had stated on the phone while calls were pouring in about the same vehicle. As soon as I got there, it seemed that there might be an issue and potentially NO DEAL. However, Mitchell Allen swooped into action and made it happen for me and my family, honoring his word, solved the problem quickly, continued the deal with their haggle-free price, and I drove off into the sunset in my new vehicle. Everybody there made me and my wife feel right at home with their hospitality, generosity, and quality customer service. I m definitely checking here first before my next vehicle purchase and I HIGHLY recommend anybody to do the same! Thank you, Mitchell Allen Motor Company crew! You re the BEST!!!

A few months ago we came to this dealership, I can t express how pleased my fianc� and I have been to have such an incredible experience. We worked with Jesse to purchase my Volvo t5 and after dealing with other dealerships, it was refreshing to find this local family business that cares. The pride they have in customer satisfaction you won t find just anywhere, quality people with quality vehicles.

Jesse portrays himself as a really honest and decent man but in hindsight I am certain that he s not genuine. I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from him in March of 2023. On my first test drive it was spewing oil from the bottom of the engine and burning off and there was smoke rolling out from under the hood. It was a clean vehicle, a one owner Florida Jeep. When I returned from the test drive I explained to Jesse what was going on. I got under the Jeep and took a look. I told him that I suspected the rear main seal. He told me that the shop that does their repair work had just replaced the rear main seal. I also knew there was the possibly that it could be oil from prior to repairing and the oil was never cleaned off like it should have been. He said that he would have the shop check behind their work and get back to me. Jesse called me a few days later and advised me that the tech at their shop had pinched the seal when he reinstalled the transmission (plausible explanation-it does happen) but they repeated the repair and said that they were 100% certain that the repair was done correct the second time. So I bought the vehicle. Well I just found out today that I took a big screwing from Mitchell Allen Motors. Hemi engines are prone to sludge, so last Friday I had an engine oil premium flush service done at a Prattville service center. Within just a couple of blocks of driving home after picking up the Jeep it was blowing and burning oil just like that the day on Mitchell Allen Motor's lot. I brought the Jeep to a second Prattville repair shop that I trust and does heavy engine work. They did the diagnostic and some teardown and what they found was that the rear main seal is leaking and that the seal in the car is the original OEM MOPAR seal. Having worked in the automotive industry for a little over 15 years I am 100% certain, bet-the-house sure, that the dealership dumped some Marvin's Mystery oil into the engine and out right lied to me. I trusted what Jesse told me. He seemed genuine but I now realize that the folksy Jesus-loving persona that he portrays is a con.

I consider myself to be a buyer that is hard to please. I have extremely high standards. I want an amazing product offered with exceptional service that comes with a reasonable price tag. My experience with Mitchell Allen Motor Company has been just that. I called Mitchell Allen and spoke with Jesse, the owner. He talked to me as if he were giving purchasing advice to a family member. Brandon, his son, was equally respectful. They were kind, courteous and patient throughout the whole process. They never once were annoyed when I would call with a million questions. Matter of fact, they asked me to call back if I had any more questions.I must say that this is the first time that I have purchased a vehicle with absolutely no pressure to buy. It was the first time that I did not feel as if I got swindled in my purchase. Do you know how good it feels to know you are buying a quality vehicle and not be taken advantage of? It feels amazing. I have bought a few cars in my day, and I have never had such a smooth car buying experience as the experience I had with Mitchel Allen. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend that you go to Mitchell Allen Motor Company to purchase your vehicle. They are family owned business with integrity who stands behind the vehicles they sell.

Someone else already called Jesse and this dealership the Chick-fil-A of car dealers. I agree wholeheartedly. It doesn t get any easier than what I experienced. Test drive two cars, chose one, told Jesse what I needed for my trade and he made it happen. I like the car, but 50% of my decision to buy it was I wanted to buy from Jesse. If you re looking for a car go see him first. You won t regret it.

i just bought my first car here and the customer service was amazing! we got to the car lot and at first i didn t see anything i wanted. one of the guys who worked there came out and was very nice and outgoing. there was just one car i kinda liked in my price range and i test drove it and said yes to buying it. we did paper work and he worked really hard into letting us get it without any exceptions. he was very up front and honest about the car i was getting. he told me the service work that has been done recently and everything. the prices are very reasonable also!! you will not get played going here!!

Amazing costumer service and great detailing to the cars. They display nothing but the best for their inventory and if they don t have the car you re looking for, they will find it for you! They really know their cars and truly care for their customers. Wouldn t buy a car from anyone else! Love my Jeep!!!

Very pleased with our purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave for my wife. Very patient staff that went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. Upfront, honest, and didn't pressure us into purchase. Chick-fil-A type service at a dealership. We will definitely give them a shot the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

So they do have better looking cars than most lots, I have purchased 2 vehicles previously from this lot and have held up well, unfortunately this time they would not budge any on price. So I must take my business elsewhere.
