Very friendly guys, went above to get my reefer unit running and back out.

Good people. Got me right into the shop after two airbags blew out. Had to order 2 more parts to finish the truck and drive over to pick up the parts personally. Had me back on the road within a couple of hours. Very good prices. Airbags were a little expensive but labor was good enough to offset it.They have a sweet yard dog also (an actual dog).

5 stars from me wish I could give more very friendly people all around that work there they are on the ball know what there doing ive had nothing but AC problems with the truck all summer last year everyone said nothing wrong with it I bring it here and not even 2 minutes they already know what the problem is I highly recommend Michael's refrigeration to anyone I will be back in the future thank you guys for fixing my ACPs they have awesome looking tow trucks the joker one is my favorite

My compressor was under warranty with CARRIER DEALER. They would honor the warranty. They told me to take to where I had it worked on. A young mechanic Chasen had a good attitude, but not very knowledgeable. I wasted a lot of my time and money. They gave me the run a round for 2 days. First they said they would honor the warranty then they changed their minds. A BUNCH OF RED NECKS!!Thanks for nothing Michaels refrigeration.

In regards to the transportation side - 1 star is way to high for this company. Be extremely cautious using these folks. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
