I didn't want to leave a star. I feel like 1 star would be too much. Each interaction with these folks left me feeling stressed, frustrated and wondering what in the would happened to customer service. I chose to have them bench rebuild, short block style my 5.9 Cummings. The build was fine. The first problem was when Randall said worse case, a week. Then a week later, Terry said another week. It wasn't done, it was 2 more weeks before they had the engine ready. I reinstalled the motor into my truck. The motor runs great but the rear main leaks like hell. The truck hasn't had a leak in 5 years but it leaks now, with NEW parts. How is that freakin possible? They said if I want to take that behemoth out and bring it up there, they would give me another seal. Wonderful.... I'll jump right on it. I'm taking it to a shop to have it done. I will never spend another dime with these hillbillies ever again. Just go there, you'll see what I'm talking about. I not sure how they're able to stay in business. There isn't a sole there except for Randall that is personable or knows how to talk to people that aren't from the boon docks. Unfortunately, Randall is never there or is always unavailable.Good luck with this one.

Randall is no good I'm currently taking my motor to Benning Auto parts as I type. Randall and his father are guys that just won't do rightBut as the oldest people say you pay for what you get. I should have brought my motor to MrBenning the first time. Randall and his father just took my money. I swear to God on my life if you think I'm lying call Benning auto parts. On my dead son life he messed my motor up and he did it intentionally.

After being stranded on the road all night and going to 6-7 repair shops who told me I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work these guys fixed my drive shaft for less than $40. Amazing people who also gave me a ride back to my truck. Thank you guys!
