I purchased my vehicle from Jack Ingram VW and genuinely love my vehicle - HOWEVER - the service lacks A LOT to be desired. The technicians have always been courteous - but it is very clear that nobody knows what anyone else is doing. I recently took my car for oil change and tire rotation. First of all - scheduling is awful. I know that staffing is causing issues everywhere - but don't wait to make an appointment here. Don't bring your car here and think it will be a small wait - prepare to spend the day unless you have a ride.I received a text message from the service dept at 2:20pm, stating that my vehicle was ready to pick-up. I arrived at 2:45pm and did not leave the facility with my vehicle until 3:30. Why you ask?? Because my car was not ready. It was waiting to go through the wash - which I appreciate - but we should not receive messages that our vehicles are ready until they are indeed ready to drive off in. I had to leave work to pick my vehicle up and my time WAS NOT valued.I have spent a lot of money with this dealership/service dept. After paying $60k for the vehicle and then having ALL service and maintenance done (an oil change alone is $115 mind you), it would be nice to receive quality and efficient service from the service department.The management clearly needs an overhaul. Because this service department tests my character everytime I use their services, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership unless I see major changes in any future services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I ve used this allocation twice. Both times for general mileage maintenance. Both times they did not reset the mileage for oil check. This time I paid $60 for tire rotate and balance. The tires may have been rotated but they were not balanced. I ve tried to schedule several times to bring back, but it s weeks out. Times for shuttles aren t conducive for full time employed individuals and loaners aren t an option. Highly disappointed I had to pay an additional $70 at another location to balance my tires (which were very out of balance). The advisors are cordial and polite. I just wish the service for a $50k vehicle was up to par with the brand s reputation.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have gotten my car serviced at this location a few times before, and those experiences were OK. However, my latest visit was disappointing. I received the 50K mile service and also asked for my brake lights to be checked. Two different associates said they would/did. They did not! I still only have one brake light. Three of the four warning lights that were illuminated prior to service, were still illuminated after service.
