Just bought a 2024 Golf R. Had a wonderful experience. The car is awesome. This is our second vehicle with the Jack Ingram.Our sales representative Okia Thomas was outstanding. She really took care of us, brought us to the car and went through everything on all the functions and infotainment system. It saved us so much time instead of reading the owner's manual and trying to figure it out on our own.Just an awesome experience and thank you all so very much.

Because of the prompt and curtious service. I was informed about a certain service money saving program and it did save me about $200. I had an incident with my prior service where too much oil was put in. They told me it would be safe to drive in. I drove it in and was immediately taken in. They adjusted the oil and took my car down to a gas station and filled it up for me. I only had a 1/4 of a tank so that helped out a lot because gas was still close to $4.00 a gallon. Saved me about $40!

Being in the service industry myself, I understand dealer rules/regulations, but, as a consumer, I think that being required to change rotors when changing brake pads is absolutely ludicrous. I was told that I "could" have just the brake pads changed, but I would have to sign a waiver about not changing the rotors. I purchased this vehicle brand new with 8 miles on it and having to change brake pads at 45,000 miles is sub-par in my opinion. I looked at the rotors and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, yet I was told that Volkswagen requires rotor replacement also. I would like to comment that the service advisor that I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and empathetic towards my situation. He communicated the issues to me in a professional manner and followed up promptly with phone calls.

My Husband and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle (a Volkswagen Atlas). Setting up the appointment for a test drive was very easy. I spoke with Bert first, then I received a pre-appointment call from Patrick. They were both courteous and informative in their conversations with me.The day of the test drive was very relaxed, no pressure. We test drove two vehicles. We ended up finding a different vehicle (same make and model) at a different dealership but it wasn't at all because they didn't give good customer service. I felt compelled to write a review anyway because the way they treated us never changed, from the first contact to the post-appointment call, they were consistent. My Husband and I both highly recommend Jack Ingram Volkswagen of Montgomery.

I just bought a new Jetta from here, and had an incredible experience overall! Jesse Fair took very good care of me and made sure I was satisfied with everything. This is my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the process was well-explained, and surprisingly fast! In the past, I have been with my parents whenever they purchased new cars, and I can remember being at a dealership practically all day with them. Here, I was able to look at the cars I had already viewed online, test drive them, and make a purchase within TWO HOURS! The only complaint I have is that the detailing job on the vehicle was subpar; when I notified Jesse of this issue, he got back to me as soon as possible, apologized for the inconvenience, and let me know that I could return to the dealer for a new detailing job. Despite this, this has been an incredible experience, and I love my new car!

The overall servies was great. It took supper long for the service got a oil change rotate and balance and it toke over 5 hours. I didn't complain because I did get a car for the wait so I keep busy the whole time. That would have been to long time to just set waiting. Other than that it was awesome . The customer service guy I had was fantastic .

As a First Time Volkswagen Customer, I received the absolute best Customer Service from start to finish. I had the pleasure of having Joe Pyrlik as my Sales Associate; he was very thorough from start to finish and extremely communicative. As it was time to sign the deal, I worked with Missy Hubbard who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in completing the deal, and ensuring I had everything I needed. It is without hesitation that I recommend Jack Ingram Volkswagen!

Bert, the sales person was very nice and not pushy like most car salesman. This was my first time buying a VW and was very skeptical but I really liked my Atlas. The only downside was the length of time to process my paperwork otherwise would have given them 5 stars. It took way to long. They need more than one finance person.

Fred Jackson is the best salesman we have ever dealt with at any dealership and always makes us feel like family. Lin delivered my vehicle complete with a fresh oil change, full tank of gas and spotless cleaning. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I live an hour away and scheduled an oil change at your dealership so that I could also have the TPMS recall addressed at the same visit. I waited for two hours at the dealership for the two services. When they called me back to pay for the services they told me that they actually didn't conduct the recall because "the VW servers were down". If I had known that, I could have saved myself the drive and the time and just gotten the oil changed locally. On top of that, my car didn't get washed (an amenity listed on the website for service) and the driver door handle was dirty with grease and oil from the service tech using it.

I purchased my 2023 Volkswagen Taos in November 2022. In the 3rd month, the check engine light came on. I immediately scheduled a service appointment. The check engine light stayed on for 2-3 days and when I arrived in service 2 weeks later, I was told to take a picture if it happened again. The check engine light came on again and has now remained on. The earliest service appointment was 2 months later. I expressed my concern for the 2023 vehicle and was able to get an earlier appointment 6 weeks out instead of the 2 months. Since I scheduled the appointment 6 weeks ago the EOS sensor states that it is unable to sense, the navigation screen randomly goes blank in the middle of navigating, the automatic start on the vehicle does not work, the seat belt randomly goes off while I am buckled and none of the functions from the Volkswagen app work with the vehicle. After 6 weeks, the service department had to reschedule my visit because they did not have a loaner for the vehicle. I also drive for work in my vehicle and I must have a registered vehicle for work and I was told they do not know how long I will have the loaner.

It took almost two months for the part to arrive after it was ordered and paid for. There was apparently no way to track the part so no-one could tell us where the part was or when it would be delivered. We had to keep checking every few days until the part finally arrived. Once it arrived the actual service appointment was fast and efficient. The problem was the time it took for the part to arrive.

Korean folks find Bert sims at front door. He is really kind and polite to customer. He will help you all even you are not familiar with english. They also have good promotion for foreign people. Don't get stressed from other dealership.

My daughter has an 8:30 appointment to have a door speaker replaced and was there for 3 and a half hours before she was finally told that her speaker needed to be replaced but would have to be ordered. She traveled 2 hours one way to have to sit for 3 and a half hours to be told she would have to come back for a door speaker!

They made a correct diagnosis on a difficult issue. Had the part in stock and replaced. Thankfully car is in warranty. No charge and car is driving much better. Was not an issue they have seen often.

We were traveling and had an issue with our Atlas. When we pulled in the Service Dept took the car back and checked it out corrected the issue and had us back on the road. They even followed up to make sure we had gotten to our destination safely. Nice work.

I drive all the way from Tampa, Florida to get my car serviced at Jack Ingram every time. The service department has been great to work with and I am happy I purchased the car here as well. I will continue to make the 8 hour drive to service my car here because I know I am well taken care of!

Mr.Lin was amazing!!! He answered all questions that we had, he took the time to make sure he went over the vehicle in depth with us and followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was working properly with the vehicle.
