Our experience at Jack Ingram Porsche/Audi could not have been better. Mr. Lin Williams helped us every step of the way and allowed us to ask as many questions as needed to satisfy our unknowns. He did this in a matter that was not the least bit pressured. Mr. Williams is a true asset to the Jack Ingram dealership, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who may be in the market for their high-quality cars.

Lin is the best. After a horrible experience with the new dealer ownership in Mobile, I turned to Jack Ingram for all of my car purchases. The staff are incredibly nice, fair and straight shooters. They go out of their way to make sure you understand the purchase process and assist with car maintenance. Lin was incredible in his communication and service. Thank you Lin and Jack Ingram!

Richard is the best. Very, very knowledgeable about Porsches and many other cars. He speaks fluent German also. He just got me my wonderful turbo S and helped me get the best options for it. He s also very patient and listens to all my dumb stories. Fun to be with!

I was trying to shop locally to find a new vehicle. My home town dealers were unable to assist so I searched the internet and came across a vehicle listed at Jack Ingram Signature Used cars. I called on a Saturday morning and the phone was answered by Richard Conniff. He not only answered the questions I had about the vehicle I had seen listed on the website, he went the extra mile to go check the lot and lay eyes on the vehicle along with taking more pictures of the vehicle and send to me via text. I scheduled to meet with him after the Christmas holiday weekend. He met me at the main door of the dealership with a handshake and a smile. Other employees of the dealership who passed by made sure we were being helped. The atmosphere was nothing but friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. The attention to the details of what we were looking for in payment range and other aspects of buying a new vehicle were above and beyond. At the end of the day, we had purchased a new vehicle and got a great deal!! If you are in the market to buy a new vehicle and want a dealership and salesman who will not try to take advantage of you and will work to help you get the best deal possible, look no further than Jack Ingram Signature Used cars in Montgomery, Alabama.!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a Porsche Boxster from Richard Conniff. I contacted Richard after seeing the car as coming soon on-line. Richard clearly communicated the build for the car and the sales price. Everything he told me about the purchase process is what happened. He did a great job during the delivery process and has followed up to make sure that I did not have questions. Richard was a true professional and would be the first person that I would call, if I wanted to purchase another Porsche. Please note that he works in Alabama, while I live in South Carolina (300 miles away). Thanks Richard!

Just bought a certified pre-owned A6 - and had a great experience, especially due to Bryan Tross! I got a fair amount for my trade and great value/price on the A6. From web contact through test drive and new owner orientation, Bryan was professional and on top of things. Today, over the phone, he walked me through the myAudi connect set-up!

At 76 years old, this has been the best vehicle transaction with a salesperson / dealer / dealership I have ever experienced.No pressure, no games, honest upfront transaction. I did request and receive an offer from CARVANA on the value of the car I would sell after the transaction, but the staff offered me the exact same amount as the estimate without knowledge of my research and previous offer.My initial contact with Bill Kissinger was positive and led my wife and I to drive from Enterprise to Montgomery to have a closer look at the vehicle.Bryan Tross was a total professional, and my wife and I had 100% of his attention during the entire process.I will recommend this total staff to anyone. Check out this dealership if looking for a new or used car.

Lin is the BEST salesman we ve had in fifty yrs. He was patient enough to give us time to look around and think about our decision. His personality in PERSON and ON THE PHONE was always the same. Sandra was awesome. I told her what I wanted and she got all my information. A couple hours she called and said come down and pick whatever you want . The next day I arrived, selected, drove (several). Lol. We were in and out within 3 hours. It would have been quicker if I was not going back and forth between vehicles. Please asked for her she is awesome!

So, I am obviously low tech here since I m on my phone leaving a review, yet my wife s profile is showing up instead of mine. Go figure!This is my second time owning a 911 Turbo S. The Porsche brand with all its industry leading technology and innovation speaks for itself. There is nothing like a Porsche. In keeping with Porsche s tradition of excellence, Jack Ingram has delivered like no other. My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Brought my 718 in for an oil change and yearly checkup. I am exceptionally happy with the facility, the service and the people. I got chance to talk with the technician which was exceptional. The Technician and the Service Consultant all gave me regular and detailed updates on the progress and worked performed. I will be bringing my 3 pedal fun machine back again and again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Worst customer experience of my life. They only have one Porsche technician on staff. As a result, they will deny warranty claims simply because they do not have the bandwidth to properly repair your vehicle. I took my Porsche Cayenne Turbo in to have some things addressed before the warranty expired. Jack Ingram kept the vehicle over 30 days, waited until the warranty expiration date had passed, and then told me that 3 of the 4 issues were not problems, despite there being active TSBs issued by Porsche North America for some of them. To have these fixed outside of warranty, it will cost me north of $15,000.

I recently purchased my Audi Q5 from Jack Ingram Porsche and the experience was exceptional. The staff was very attentive upon my arrival to test drive the car. The test drive was awesome. Matt Plunkett was amazing. He was very knowledgeable when demonstrating all the features and identifying the specs. Matt went above and beyond to ensure I had a satisfactory experience. The process itself was seamless and quick, unlike other previous car-buying experiences. While I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few months, purchasing my vehicle from Jack Ingram was one of the best decisions I made. I am so happy with my purchase.
