I was greeted the moment i pulled on to the lot with a smiling face and a firm handshake. Although I chose to test drive the similar yet alternate vehicle to what I was originally looking at I was very pleased with that decision. The test drive went very smooth. I did not feel pressured to make the decision I chose as I have in the past with other dealers. I expressed my past car situation/ financial situation with my dealer. The dealership worked with me. I was approved with no down payment. Although I was not expecting as much of a price difference from the original car I chose, that was the only thing that caught me off guard was the price tag of the vehicle. I still chose the vehicle anyway since it was still under full warranty. My only complaint was that I was promised delivery of my vehicle when detailing and 4 new tires were put on. I was placed in a loaner vehicle until mine was ready. However I was promised my vehicle would be ready by end of business day. It was ready 2 days later and I was not given updates without me having to call or text to get updated information. My vehicle was not delivered to me as promised and I had to pick it up after work and return the loaner vehicle. Other than this minor issue my experience was awesome. I would definitely recommend Jack Ingram dealership to anyone look for a new or used car. Thanks again to the staff for my new 2021 Hyundai Sonata.

Our sales associate was Jennifer Cotten and she was great. She showed us the car that had what we wanted, explained all of the features to us and the next day when we came back with questions, she took the time to explain all of our questions.She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All and all a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car.Gary and Beth

I haven t purchased a car from these guys (yet) but their customer service is impeccable. Most companies only care about you if you spend money but these guys are different. I had an issue and Stan did everything he could do to help me out. That truly means a lot. I will be purchasing from them soon. Thank you!

My experience at Jack Ingram Nissan was phenomenal. I couldn t have asked for better customer service from any representatives that I dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, most definitely the best dealership experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here!

The service manager listened to me explain a warranty issue with my new frontier when the service advisor kept trying to divert me back out the door luckily the truck lit up the dash like a Christmas tree while he tried to do that and I asked for the service manager. Jack Ingram Nissan Service fixed the problem and helped me get the stock remote start activated on my truck with new keys coded. The service lights have been fixed so far. I knew better than to get a first year model redesigned truck, so I figured there d be bugs. It did take them two times to get the warranty issue diagnosed and fixed however with any service for warranty corporate tells them what to do and when to do it! Can t blame them for that! Thank ya ll for helping me!

I had been looking for about 2 months for a used car to replace mine that had been totaled and I found 2 Equinoxes that were within my price range with low mileage. Tony Cook worked with me throughout the entire process. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. All of the employees there were very friendly and checked to see if I needed anything while I waited on Tony to check on the car(s) and other procedures he was working on for me. I had no problem they fixed my car and it rides good. Normally, I get a car wash but I don t know what happened this time, no car wash. I notice the other cars that was brought around for pick up had been wash because I could see the water residue still on them. Overall I am satisfied my car was fix but it was pricey but that what is expected especially when you want to make sure it is done right.

Hello. I just recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Altima SR. My wife Danielle and I love the car. To be honest, when I showed up at their lot I was just looking at the cars on the lot and had not decided if I was ready to make a purchase. I had been to several dealerships before I had stopped at Jack Ingram. I was walking the lot and then I had met Jennifer. She was very enthusiastic and energetic and I truly felt that she cared about what I had to say and answered my questions. She was very professional and my wife and I decided on our next vehicle. My first time here, from when I arrived to the time I left i came in contact with very friendly staff. I got all the information that I needed and was given an explanation of some things to be aware of for the future. The service was fast and I didn t have to have an appointment just to have an oil change. It was very affordable and completed satisfactory. I definitely will return.

Very poor service! Very poor communication! Very poor professionalism! My vehicle was kept for 3 months with very little updates. It was extremely difficult to reach the service advisor and the service manager. Their original diagnosis of my vehicle was incorrect. They ensured me that they had fixed the clock spring and the push start button only to inform me later that the new parts installed did not fix the issue. When dropping my vehicle off I explained in detail what the vehicle was/was not doing and furthermore suggested that it was possibly an electrical issue. They decided to swap parts instead of properly troubleshooting the issue. After wrongfully diagnosing the vehicle they finally located a faulty wire 3 months later. Instead of eating the cost or replacing the old parts, they demanded that I pay the full balance.

I like getting my oil changed here so far. This is my 2nd time. My first time, the price was really good. This second time I noticed they went up about $10. I don t know if it s gonna be like this every time I come though. I hope not. But my oil change came with a complimentary tire rotation. And looked like they even gave my car a light wash. So overall, I m satisfied.

Very pleasant experience Cody was my salesperson and he made it incredibly simple and efficient and I got a bargain price from the beginning. I was in and out with a trade-in and purchase of a new car in under an hour which is very good compared to previous experiences. Very pleased!!

Came in excited the saleswoman Elizabeth seemed really nice over the phone but when I came in it was really different. I sat there for an hour and a half and wasn t even shown the vehicle I came it to look at. It felt like she didn t care about our time, didn t say thanks for your patience, none of that. And 5 hard inquiries later, I didn t even get to LOOK at the car. I ended up not getting approved, but I submitted all of my information before I ever came to the dealership(to avoid all of this). I feel like she didn t do her job & that we were just an inconvenience for her. I wasn t offered to look at any other vehicles or anything. Overall very disappointed with the customer service and won t be back even if I can be approved in the future.

These guys took great care of me. They communicated to me while I was waiting that while I was there for an oil change, there was also a factory recall and they were going to take care of that for me too so the wait would be just a little longer. The waiting area was nice and clean and the staff were friendly!

We made an appointment to visit the dealership as we live out-of-state. Upon arrival, were greeted right away. Our sales consultant was Elizabeth. She was very nice and had the vehicle we had inquired about pulled up front to view. This vehicle had all the options I wanted and in looking there weren t but two like it within 500 miles. I am happy to be back in a Nissan product. Everyone we met from this dealership were very nice, friendly and accommodating. They worked a deal we were happy with.Love my new 2024 Nissan Rogue SL in the two tone super black/Baja storm metallic!

The service advisor Rick went out of his way to get me in and out in a timely manner. Had issue with car pulling left after tire rotation but came back and he had it taken care of immediately. Have been here multiple times and always had a great experience.

Our experience was very good! Jennifer Cotton, our sales rep was knowledgeable and provided all information on the vehicles were inquired on and the two we purchased. She went on the test drives with us, provided pricing and package info and introduced us to the dealership's key personnel for sales, services, and financing. It was an all around great car buying experience.

When I drove up the Jack ingram there was a representative waiting to write me up for service. Very prompt took me car back to be service. Pleasant individual and atomisphere. Waiting room upgraded, looked very nice. My wait was maybe 45 minutes no longer than an hour. Loved my experience.
