Cheryl Houston - service advisor is the best. She is always very attentive, honest and kind. She went above and beyond to get all the services our car needed and also dealt with the insurance company when they were giving us hard time to get the approvals to ensure the safety of our family. I purchased my vehicle on November 30th. I went right before closing and Richard took his time with me and didn t rush me when it came to looking at the cars. The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and really cared about what features were important to me. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.

We were looking for a vehicle for my mom after she had finally decided it was time to give up her car that she's had for nearly 20 years. She had some very specific things she was looking for. Allen Bowen was a fantastic help! He listened to our needs and desires and worked to find the perfect car at the right price. I can't recommend him and Jack Ingram enough!

Terra was great when I called in to let them know that my fan belt went to shreds and that I have to get it towed. She was able to work with me in a timely manner to get my car back. Thank you to Ben for working everything out for me and keeping me posted on the progress of my car. Service desk receptionist was friendly with a nice attitude. Keep up the awesome work and my car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up!! Thank you to the Mercedes Team!!

Too many shortcomings in a Mercedes Dealership to mention. I had to go to Birmingham to have my car serviced and the recall was taken care of that should have been to to me when I had the oil changed. It's worth your time to travel to Birmingham, great customer service and attention to detail.

WOW! First off, I found a Honda that was on the Mercedes used lot which was a rare occurrence but it was exactly what my wife wanted. I reached out on Tuesday to verify availability and felt like i was getting the run-a-round from whoever i was trying to originally talk to... Slightly aggravated my wife still wanted to drive over to check to see if the car was on the lot. Nearly closing time and dark out I walked around to verify if the car was there... As i was returning to my truck a sales consultant was parking a car, hopped out and asked if there was anything he could help with...ENTER Neil! He quickly got his phone out to verify we were talking about the same car and took down my information. Wednesday comes and we speak to find out the car was out on a loaner type situation and would be returning that evening. Once the car was headed back Neil called to let me know, during that time we were at another dealership driving another possible car. Once done we came over and spent some time driving and learning all the neat functions the Pilot Elite has to offer. Once we were done (he stayed late for us) we returned home only to find that my wife had left her phone in the car, luckily Neil had zero hesitation to return to the dealership after being nearly home in order to let me get the phone from the car. Thursday morning comes and I reached out to Neil to confirm that we were going to buy the car and to get the details ironed out. Not only did he do such a fine job he also did it on is off day, along with the in house finance guy (not sure of his name , it was his off day as well). Once we got to the dealership we found the car out front, fully detailed and totally fueled up! Within about 15 minutes we were completely done and driving away.All this to simply say that im very thankful for the AMAZING service we received and inviting atmosphere we got from the ENTIRE Mercedes staff today. Thank you Neil!

I sent an email to the customer service on the internet page a week ago. I was scheduled a month out to an appointment to adjust my head lights. A week after dropping off my vehicle, I called because they haven't told me anything about my service and the guy Terry said he would inform me of what the technician says, and it's two weeks later now. This is observed, horrible service.

I would like to start by saying the people at Jack Ingram Mercedes are the nicest I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I purchased my second vehicle from them three years ago and have had the same problem with it since day one. I will admit it is an intermittent problem but two different service writers have been in the vehicle with me when it has occurred. They also have been in it when it would not. I was told multiple times that if the computer will not tell them what is wrong they would not replace anything to try and fix it. I have worked in electronics most of my adult life and if you don't start replacing the most likely components to try and fix an intermittent problem, you just have to accept the problem. I am not willing to accept the problem on a $63,000 automobile although I have been accepting it for three years. Automobiles manufacturers are filling vehicles up with tons of electronics and bragging about the technology they are using. If you are going to use it you better start supporting it by doing what I talked about above. They were supposed to find a like vehicle for a straight across trade nine months ago. I haven't heard from them in eight months. My vehicle is paid for by my company every five years and I have two years and 35,000 miles warranty left on it. I am paying over $20,000 out of my own pocket to buy a replacement ahead of time. Needless to say it is not a Mercedes and not from a Jack Ingram Dealership. This should express my extreme dissatisfaction with this dealership and their lack of performance. I have spoken with other customers and apparently I am not alone in this opinion. Having nice people is nice but it doesn't mean much if they don't solve your problem. Especially if it is totally covered under warranty. Not much of a warranty at that point. I have just gotten my new vehicle and am very pleased with it. The two things I like the most about it are:1. It is not from Jack Ingram Mercedes.2. It is not from Jack Ingram Mercedes.

Ordered a convertible Mercedes from a dealership in CA and waited over a year for the car to be delivered. When it arrived the greedy salesperson tells me there is now a market adjustment of $15k being added to the vehicle and if I don't close the deal that day, there are 20 people lined up to purchase the vehicle. What a horrible experience as this was a surprise gift for my wife. Looked all over the country for weeks for another option and landed on Jack Ingram Mercedes which had the exact same model I ordered minus the massage seats. Call and was greeted by a pleasant sales person Brooke Byrd who informed me the vehicle was available. Gave me great pricing, $450/m less than my order from CA. She evaluated my Mercedes trade over the phone in good faith and honored it at delivery. Due to fraud in South Florida, I had to drive to Alabama which was well worth it. I must mention, that they offered to pick me up from the airport if I decided to fly in from Fort Lauderdale.I drove my trade up to AL from Fort Lauderdale(9 hours) and was greeted by a pleasant front desk woman who asked about my drive up, and offered snacks and coffee. Advised Ms. Byrd was at lunch, however, Shawn Roney in finance was ready for me until she returned. The vehicle was inside the showroom, clean, and ready for delivery. Sat in the back with Shawn, who also was very pleasant and personable. Got through the paperwork very quickly and he never forced me to purchase any extras unlike many other dealerships I've been to but only offered the ones he thought held value which I accepted.Ms. Byrd asked another manager to pull the vehicle out so she could transfer my belongings and walk me through the options. Everyone wished me safe travels and I was on my way. After a few days, I received a call and email from Ms. Byrd to ask how we were enjoying the car and if we had any questions. Lastly, we received a handwritten card from Ms. Byrd thanking us for our purchase and future business. We will be sure to come back to this dealer when it's time to upgrade and/or purchase another Mercedes.Thank you team!

Dishonest! Wasted 5 hours driving here from Louisiana after being lied to over the phone by salesman Tony C., about the condition of a S Class. I was lied to about both the exterior and interior condition over the phone after asking specific questions about it. Was told there were 0 scratches or swirl marks and the exterior was flawless but there were plenty of scratches and entire car was covered in swirl marks. The same was said about the interior but it was missing 3 of the headrest pillows, had scratches on the center screen, and had a food smell.

Very impressed, I can truly say I have never had better service. After being stranded with two flat tires and a broken rim and towing to the dealership at midnight, they looked at my car immediately at 7:00am the next day. Special tires were needed and a unique rim. They ordered everything, looked up my car (I've never been to Jack Ingram before), told me a couple of hours later they already filed an insurance claim because I purchased tire and rim insurance. They also helped us get a rental car to go home out of state and had everything done a few days later. They were so amazingly helpful, I highly recommend Jack Ingram Mercedes.

Within 30 years I bought different vehicles and they all had to be service but the service at Jack Ingram Mercedes was the best service I ever received. Miss Houston she's great always made me feel as if I was the only customer. When you buy a car at Jack Ingram Mercedes you getting more than just a car you gained a family.

I have owned Mercedes for years and the dealerships in the Tampa Bay area have always done a good job. However, Brandon Freeman at Jack Ingram Motors provided exceptional service!! I had lost my brakes on my 2013 Mercedes while passing through Montgomery at 3pm. At 5pm they were closing, he got me in service, a part sent overnight and back on the road by 11am the following morning !! He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable of the problem. He recommended a very nice hotel close by and gave us a loaner vehicle. Then to finish things off they cleaned the car and delivered it to me in the morning!! I could not find the words to express my gratitude!! I'm actually considering buying my next Mercedes from there even though I live in Tampa Florida, a good 8 hours away!! That was old school service, fixed the problem and did not up sell me!All I can say is thank you!!

When I bought my SUV in Nov, I left with the feeling the folks there cared. After a few weeks they had not paid my lease out with MBF. It took my multiple calls to get it taken care of of. I was also due a warranty rebate that I have called multiple times about. The salesman will not answer my calls and has not since I bought the car. Sean was to get my warranty rebate processed after I called him in January. I still don t have my rebate and no one answers the phone. This is my 3rd or 4th Mercedes from Jack Ingram but it will be my last. I can t imagine their service being this bad.

Ms. Brooke taught and showed me everything I need to know about my new car. She was very professional and answered all my answers to the best of her knowledge. If she didn't know something, she didn't BS me, she got the answer and passed it on. I appreciated that. I wish her lots of luck in her profession. Opposed to so many positive reviews, unfortunately I was not so pleased with the service. First, I made an appointment for Wednesday, and I even dropped off the car the night before. However, it was Friday afternoon before they even lookend at the car (I called them frequently because I wanted to know what's wrong). I know that a schedule can change sometimes, but two and a half days?? And then they weren't even able to diagnose the problem, so that I actually had to wait until Monday afternoon.Like with doctors, I got a second opinion on Tuesday, and the other Mercedes service center offered a much quicker diagnose and a repair that was 7,000.00$ !! cheaper than the quote from this location. Honestly, this was the most unethical service I have experienced in my 30 years of driving a car.BTW, did you know that the replacement of the LUG nuts costs 220$ at the dealership whereas you could order the nuts for 60$ in a set (I admit not original Mercedes parts)? I should have asked for the price before Iput the replacement on the work order...

Was shopping for a new vehicle and was ready to put down a cash deposit and wait for the vehicle to arrive. It was explained they were not going to negotiate on the price because they were already giving me a deal by not selling the vehicle for 2K-4K over asking price. Odd negotiation tactics, to offer a price for MSRP and then we could charge you more, but we did not. This was the decision given by an Ingram. It did not sit well with me. This would have been my third vehicle purchased from Jack Ingram. Decided to drive to another MB dealership.

We were driving our Winnebago View/on a Mercedes 3500 chasis about 35 miles south of Montgomery when our ABS/Cruise Control/ESP were disabled due to a malfunction. Called dealership & had to leave a message. So we kept driving to dealership. When we got there, they got us in within 30 minutes. Ben in service knew exactly what was wrong, wheel speed sensor. Diagnostic determined which wheel. Fortunately they also had the part in stock. Spent about 2 hours at dealership & it was under warranty! Very nice people too! Would not want to drive far with this problem as things just were not working right!

I would not recommend nobody to purchase a vehicle from this place. My air compressor is making a squealing noise when my air conditioner is in use,, and I was told that's a normal sound and there is nothing wrong with my car. I immediately called the Mercedes Benz of Birmingham Alabama, and they told me that is not normal for a Mercedes to make noise while the air conditioning is running. Nothing is normal about a car of that status making a noise. I will be using Birmingham Mercedes benz for all my services need from now on.
