My service experience was as usual. Mr. Derrick Terrell is the epitome of a professional and a gentleman. Knowledgeable and consistent courteous character. I know people will retire at some point in life. I truly hope He is paid well to train others coming after him. I'm just saying. Professional and dignified service is rare and don't think it will automatically follow. If not done already, Assign him his personal assistant who prayerfully will carry on the Mr. Derrick Terrell "Stivers" Way of providing service.

Loved my experience with Mr. Derrick even though I was late for my appointment he took my car in with no complaints. I was able to get the shuttle back to my job without incident. I would definitely recommend checking them out for all of your service needs.

I needed to have a major replacement done on my Infiniti Q50 Helped me get the warranty in place and utilized correctly. Everything was installed exceptionally fast no problems whatsoever with absolutely recommend.Huge shoutout to Derrick Terrell who advised me through the entire process. never going anywhere else for work.

Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks service at Infiniti of Montgomery. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and warmth. Getting the simple details done there was a simple breeze. I am truly grateful for you all. Especially The Infiniti of Birmingham. Tiffany Williams, Shane, Joel just the whole facility is phenomenal. Each and everyone of them is a constantly helper and will provide exceptional service. They listen attentively and always respond with patience when resolving an issue. The quality of the Infiniti vehicles has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend the Birmingham and Montgomery locations. If need assistance please ask for the lovely Tiffany Williams & Lidia Pearsall both are wonderful and Derric Terrell they made things less stressful. I give them all give them all give plus stars..
