2nd time returning and I ll tell ya what. They did a tremendous job on my 2024 Ram 1500. 1st time I went I had them install a brush guard and bug shield and also a putco tail light. Fast and friendly and customer service was outstanding . 2nd time I had them install new struts and shocks on front end since my Ram had a bad rake from the factory and when I saw it ,it was a totally different truck. It sits perfectly level now and rides so smooth. Great job H&H. I will be back

I recently purchased a used truck that had a metal toolbox with aH&H tag on it. The toolbox didn't have a key to lock it and so I stopped in H&H Montgomery to see if I could get a replacement key. They didn't have a key to fit but they replaced the lock in just a few minutes. I was on the road again in just a few minutes with my locked toolbox. Friendly staff, I'd highly recommend this business..

I had H&H build me a wooden storage building and, which was required by our HOA. We picked the size, and then we chose the color of building & the trim. They said it would take at least two weeks, but they had it year in just over a week. They came in placed it exactly where we needed it dropped and leveled it up. The building looked great and was in the color we ordered. They did a great job from beginning to end, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I gave them five stars for not only doing what I expected, but I feel they went beyond my expectations.

After waiting since March for an installation of a carport from another company to protect my classic cars, I was passing by H&H on 10/22/2021, so I stopped to get an estimate and time line with them instead. TODAY, 11/5/2021 my carport was installed. The crew was MOST professional, and the job was done in less 2 hours. There was NOTHING to clean up behind them, as they took care of it all. EXCELLENT!!!

First, I d like to start with this is not my first time dealing with H&H. They did a height-leveling kit on my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss late summer 2021. For this visit I had my exhaust upgraded. I went with the Rough Country exhaust. I was looking for a little more rumble but not obnoxious sounding. I was not disappointed with this exhaust. Took a few weeks for the exhaust to come in from the factory but it was worth the wait. The pros at H&H installed it in about 1.5 hours. Dropped it off in the morning and had my truck back by lunch. I am completely impressed with the sound and look of the new 4-tip exhaust instead of the USB ports I had before. It has a nice sound climbing through the gears but it s not over-bearing at highway speeds. Thanks H&H for another great product!

Gary from the Montgomery store provided outstanding customer service. The install crew also did an outstanding job erecting the 12 x 35 RV carport . The crew was very efficient and worked well together.

The crew at H&H in Montgomery were fantastic! Gary took the time to show me all options available for my truck. He was knowledgeable about what would look right, what are popular options that people seem to be satisfied with and with the pricing. He also walked me around the truck and explained vulnerable spots where water can get into the truck bed even with covers on it and options to help prevent leaks. I ordered step bars and a bed cover on Friday, the parts came in over the weekend, and they were able to install them on Monday. The installation guys were professional and did a great job.

The staff at H&H in Montgomery went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I bought a Class III hitch, a set of 18 XD wheels and a J-Spec 3.5 lift kit for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. From helping me find the perfect accessories to providing expert installation they did everything right. Travis in Sales provided his vast knowledge of Jeep products to help me find exactly what I was looking for then he worked to provide the best possible price. Gary and his staff at the store were very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with the installation. I highly recommend H & H for all your Jeep or truck accessories!!

H & H personnel were so friendly and courteous. They did such a nice job on the installation of a trailer hitch. Looks as if it came from the factory already on the vehicle. Very pleased with H & H, they were very reliable, they did exactly what they promised and very timely. Very professional company. I would highly recommend this company

The customer service from these guys is some of the best I have ever experienced. Travis and the team helped me with the build on my truck the entire way through and it turned out better than I expected. I highly recommend these guys for anything you need!

I was looking for a place to work with in helping me pick some items out for my jeep. I have little to no knowledge about these things. The team members sat down with me and showed me what they can do and what the prices were. Finding the best prices online and actually getting me a few hundred dollars under what I was expecting. Providing me with a quote and setting a date for when the items would come in. When I dropped my jeep off I was expecting maybe a week wait but H&H got it done in one day. I went and picked up my jeep the next day. They did a great job and everything was perfect. They also offer free tire rotations which I learned is very important when having aftermarket tires on your car. Amazing experience overall.

Had a hitch installed and can't say enough good things. It was short notice but they went out of their way to work me in and got it done quick. Looks great and worked perfectly. I'm looking forward to many more years of use out of it.

Excellent customer service, done and delivered in the time frame I was told at time of purchase. Guys that delivered were well trained,knew what they were doing, were professional and got everything where it was supposed to go, leveled and got it done quickly.

I was disappointed with install. Shop did not do install of brush guard on scheduled date because installer was uncomfortable with job. On second attempt by another installer 3 days later panel that was to be trimmed and put back on was removed and lost by H&H. Truck has unfinished appearance and H&H of Montgomery,Al has no interest in making this right. I will have tonow pay a body shop to get replacement part and finish job properly.

I ordered the tonneau cover online with no issues! Their website is very user friendly!! They called when the cover came in and got me in for installation around my schedule. They were friendly, fast and efficient! They did a great job all the way from start to finish I would highly recommend them!!

The staff at H&H Montgomery have been amazing. Last year we wanted to invest in something to make memories with our kids, we decided on a 24 x54 round pool, we went there looked around asked questions and they never once acted like we were a bother. They answered all of our questions and we decided and put down a deposit on the pool. Once it came in we paid the rest and even picking it up was a breeze. The products they recommended with it (Frog system) have been phenomenal and our pool has stayed crystal clear since we got it up and running, it so much easier than trying to do chlorine tablets. Go see Gary and the Staff at H&H outdoor, you won t regret it!

Outstanding service by the H&H team starting with assisting with reviewing the various truck covers, ordering, and installation. Once the truck cover and mudflaps were received they promptly had them installed the same day. The entire team were professional, and a pleasure to work with. Great experience.

Best customer service I received in a long time. My husband's truck had some minor rubbing after we had some wheels/tires installed elsewhere. We called around some different places, but when we called and spoke with Gary he insisted we bring the truck so they could look at it, to make sure we knew exactly what was needed. Appointment was quick within a few days; parts came in on time. When I dropped the truck off everyone was courteous and very nice. They called me to keep me updated on the work being done. When I picked the truck up, the work was explained to me and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the work and the atmosphere. I totally recommend H&H and will definitely do more business with them!

Great group of guys at the Montgomery location. Very knowledgeable I've worked with Gray, Jordan, and Justin. I've gotten my truck leveled there and I've also gotten wheels and tires. Looking forward to them doing my lift kit in the future. Highly Recommend H&H.

Had H&H install a Truxcedo Trucksport roll up. We arrived early and they took the truck immediately and had it back out front before we could even get comfortable in the waiting room. They informed me the manufacturer had a sale and they would match it. They didn t have to do that, that s good business. I will go back for any truck related.
