We were looking for a replacement battery for our toddler s motorized mini car and after calling multiple businesses, we found GoBattery. Andy assisted us and not only was the battery price reasonable (every other place was charging 3-4x as much for the same battery), he also reconnected the connector piece which no other business knew how/what to do. Highly recommend and will definitely be a consumer again in the future!

I would like to thank the staff at go battery in Montgomery Al. My experience every time I go there is great. If anyone is looking for someone to fix there golf cart this is the place. I want to thank Valerie for helping me get a battery put in my car. She was so patient n kind. My car was stuck in a small garage with a dead battery. Great experience. Needed house batteries and a solenoid switch on my RV. Andy went above and beyond to get the "hard to reach" batteries installed as well as assisted with ordering the correct switch and installing it himself. I highly recommend GoBattery. Thanks Andy!

I'm in the sales and service business and know how tough it is....I just want to stop the world for a moment and brag on Simmons' GoBattery....called them first thing in the morning....needed all new batteries in my golf cart....that afternoon I had them ! Good price and they installed them here at my house !First class operation !!

Both of my batteries went out on my Jeep Compass. I was recommended to Simmons by my uncle. He told me they had the 'Best' prices in town. So I called Simmons up and they had both batteries in shock. They installed both batteries and my Jeep ran like new. They were quick and efficient. I love the friendly atmosphere and courteous customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a battery. Quality Service Indeed!!

Simmons has rebuilt several batteries for me in the past and now another battery a couple of days ago. The battery I had rebuilt a couple of days ago was going to cost me over 200.00 to correct the issue but since Simmons could rebuild what I needed it only cost me 20.00. Amazing! Thank you Simmons' GoBattery! Y'all Rock!

Jonathan and his crew are all very nice guys who I believe intend to do well. However they are incredibly incompetent. The company is so poorly run and organized. The work they did on my cart, $4000 worth had to be redone several times. Jonathan was nice enough to come and pick up the cart each time but the workmanship NEVER improved. I had to do quality control for every item they put on my cart and everything was very poorly done. I agreed to consign a cart with them and it was left in the weather for 6 months, they broke a brand new charger that I had with the cart. They did fix the charger when I came to pick it up. I coordinated several days in advance of picking up the cart and it wasn't ready and almost no one knew I was coming. I would not recommend bringing a cart to Simmon's for even the simplest repair. Super nice but super incompetent!

Excellent in service. They people are so helpful. The best battery company in town with great discounted price. I have 2002 Toyota Prius and i called almost everyone (battery source, AutoZone, Walmart, advanceautoparts). None of them had 12V battery for my car. Toyota dealer asked for $320 including labor. Finally i got my battery at Simmons in just $114 (Including everything). They don't charge for labor. Isn't that cool? I must recommend to everyone.

Great customer service. The owner John is a character and a life saver. I d recommend anyone and everyone to make this your first stop for any and all battery needs. Great price and great service can t beat it.. btw I wasn t paid to say this, just so thankful for what they did for me today that they deserve this review.

Called Simmons after around 14 calls from Dothan to PC to Destin. Mr. Andy, the store manager? Was SUPER helpful! We were looking for a SUPER RARELY stocked battery in which he informed me. But he just didn't say, oh I can order it. He asked for the application and advised me of a better option. We drove from Dothan, over 1.5 hrs, to purchase them! Super helpful and SUPER knowledgeable!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Simmons Batteries is where I'll be buying all my batteries from this day forth. . Davie and Andy we're not just knowledgeable the atmosphere was a homey feeling... You just don't know the valuable of affordable quality and courteous service until you've shop there. My total experience with Simmons Batteries was I promise you an exceptional one and for this cause they have gained another lifelong customer....

I had tried to crank my car after work and it acted like it was losing power. This had happened in June, but when they tested my battery, it had been fine. So I called at about 5:30pm bc I couldn't remember if they closed at 5 or 6, and the owner answered the phone even though they had closed at 5. He offered to bring a battery to me, but I managed to get it to crank while on the phone, and drove it to him to replace the battery. He went above and beyond to help me after hours with my car trouble! What great customer service! Thank you!

My lab chewed through the cables on our golf cart charger. I called Simmons and had it fixed in less than an hour! Fast and efficient! Doesn t get any better than that.

After being referred to Simmons Battery in 2010, I have been a returning customer ever since. If my family, friends, or I need a battery, this is the only place we call or go to, even though I live 25 miles away. You won't find a better selection or pricing anywhere else. This business has oversight and accountability, unlike so many other locally-owned outfits. Jonathan Simmons is an experienced businessman, and doesn't mind taking time out of his busy day to accommodate customers and offering one-on-one experience. Simmons battery is a staple in the Tri-county area, and there is no other place I would rather go to for my battery needs. Whether its your watch, golf cart, jet-ski, or truck that needs a battery, Simmons will likely have it in stock, and at a better price than anyone else. Thank you for all the hard work over the years, and I look forward to seeing you !

These guys are awesome.. Woke up with a dead battery, they came and changed it for me- so I could be on my way. You don't have to be worried about being stranded, they come to you.. I'll never use another shop.

I bought a Golf Cart, I added Radio, Lights and Spot Light, I had it one day and the next day the batteries were drained. Even the Charger would not Charge them. Dealer came out and pick up the cart, and had it about a month, where he brought it back, he said it had a bad harness on, I drove it less than 10 minutes, and the next day the batteries were drained again. And again the charger would not charge. I talk to a couple of other people that have bought from him, and they said they had to fix it them self because the dealer allowed somebody that wasn t competent to work on them, they wired all the appliances to each of the batteries, I had to get all new batteries and had to have someone else fix the wiring, Buyer beware, Don t buy from Simmons Southeastern Batteries.
