I had extremely bothersome tires and the guys did not give up. They fought the lug nuts for days, eventually removing them as they had seized up completely and would not come off. A most unusual situation, but they overcame the problem in the end. I will continue to buy my tires and oil changes from this location for both of my vehicles.

Main Point: I ve appreciated their honesty, and willingness to help the customer.I ve been coming here for 2 years. Has every interaction been 100% perfect? No.BUT Jeremy, Brian, and Cody have all been courteous, informative, helpful, flexible with my schedule, and gotten me back on the road!

Dropped my vehicle off early checked back in at 7:40am to ensure a work order was made. After I was asked what time I wanted to come back to get my car was told only 3 appointments so "no problem" getting my car done by 12:30 because I had to pick up my daughter. Went back at 12:40 and was told they were "just getting ready to pull my car in. I pointed out the fact I was told "no problem" and they only had 3 appointments and was met with a curt and rude response of, "one tech!"Well I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. One tech? Out of the 4 people I saw working in the garage?

Purchased two replacement tires as front tires were worn unevenly and one was flat. I requested realignment with replacement, and they discounted me $30.00 for tire lifetime alignments and $24.00 per new tire. This meant an unexpected savings when needing a break.

(On 30 Aug) There was someone who I believe to be the manager (Jeremy) and if not the manager he should be one! I received a low tire pressure symbol and rushed to Firestone at the end of the duty day . All the techs left for the day but Jeremy was still there closing up. He stayed behind to fill up my tires and taught me how to do it myself for next time . I am extremely grateful that I didn t have to worry about driving home with low tires. The customer service here is great and again I am very thankful!

I stopped in to have my car looked over after a fairly rough traffic collision. Just looking for a safety check. They performed a safety visual and alignment check for less than 10 bucks and got me in within just a couple days. They ensured I'd be road worthy and was safe to make a long distance drive. I'll definitely be back.

STAY AWAY! Didn t honor appointment, wasted 3 hours, and provided no service. After making a reservation for 1pm, I dropped off my keys 10 minutes early and waited for an oil change. I was repeatedly told it would be ready in 1 hour. After an hour I was told it would be the next vehicle serviced. After 3 hours, I was told again that it would be the next vehicle serviced. I watched other vehicles serviced before mine and confronted the lack of integrity. I was simply told sorry. I left after they made zero progress in the span 3 hours.

I needed a tire patched due to a nail in the tire. I was told by Firestone the tire could not be patched and needed replacement. I was quoted 200+ for the 1 tire. Guess what... I went to discount tire in Prattville and they repaired the tire for free !!!! Yes, I have low tread but there was still enough tread left to patch the tire and still get value from the tires I bought last.

I was there about a month ago for a routine oil change operation. I left my car and had to wait for them to call me when it was ready. The call was not the expected one - they told me that I had to go at their front desk and get some bad news about my vehicle condition. When I went there, they explained to me that an oversize oil plug was installed in my vehicle the previous time when my oil was changed, so they wanted to charge me more than $500 for a new oil pan and a new plug. I told them that I want my plug installed back or a temporary one, and I will not pay $500 for something that was perfectly OK, before I went there. I finally convinced them, and they let me go, after I signed a paper that I will be driving the car on my personal risk. I later checked the part with Chrysler and they confirmed that this was the original size oil plug. Had the repair with them for $180 and went home happy. The main reason that 3 different car repairers told me, they consider, was wrong direction on the 3 bar pistol that they used to unscrew my oil plug. All the three guys said that it is stupid and unprofessional to try to unscrew an oil plug with an automatic pistol, because if you accidentally set it on the wrong direction, it will damage the carving. So it was not an oversized oil plug, it was just a damaged carving, damaged by the guys in Firestone Maxwell AFB. I paid my $180 (not the $500, that they wanted me to pay) for something that was their fault! Use their service on your own risk. If they are so "competent" for something so simple, I don't want to imagine what they can do to your car if it needs a serious repair.

This place is terrible. I had a 1400 appointment for an alignment. I was given an estimated 2 hours for the work to be completed from the manager.Fast forward 3 hours, the job still wasn t done. PLUS, Chuck B. - a manager - didn t even apologize when I got my keys back to leave. Not ONE word. You d think, at least on a military base, these guys would be slightly better than downtown. Think again...

I don't think I've been to another Firestone, so I can't compare ... I do like how I can drop my car off - if I need to - and walk to work and they'll call me when they're done. The chairs in their waiting area are not comfortable, so I don't recommend hanging out if you have other options.

Not rating one star, because it's my first visit, but a routine oil change is incredibly expensive and is taking over two hours (so far). I certainly won't be going here again. Bright side: mechanic was very polite and personable.

I came in a few days ago after my car broke down in a city I didn t know. I knew I had to wait awhile (about 4-5 hours) which sucked but the man at the desk was AMAZING. He was so sweet and would give me updates and answered any question I asked. I wish I remembered his name but he was there Friday 8/2/19 from the time I got there around 1130 until I left at 4 pm. He introduced me to the man who was working on my car and I didn t feel like he was trying to rip me off at all, price was good and I ve had 0 issues since I left. Great guys. Thanks! Erika

Why waste your customers time? I set up an appointment first thing Saturday morning. I arrive early and was told that they would get my car right in. Well an hour later they hadn t moved the car. When I asked them what was going on they said they were looking at another car then I would be next. I wish I had time to waste on companies like this. If you can leave your car there then maybe that works best, but if you make an appointment to wait for your car don t count on them taking your car in a timely manner at all.

Doesn t honor appointment time. Appointment was at 0900 by 1400 they still didn t get to it and it was only a plug.

Went here for a new car battery. Service reps were nice but it took over an hour for a battery replacement, they put in a smaller battery than my car's normal size, and they failed to properly reattach my battery cables (didn't tighten down my negative cable)...causing my car not to start the next day and almost walking to work. On top of this, my car has two new issues after the battery swap. My driver side window won't automatically roll down with a single button Press like it used to and my motor timing is off/too low when at idle. I don't normally take my car to a repair shop as I don't trust mechanics and this bad experience only re-enforces my views. In defense of Firestone, I'm not going bad to have these issues addressed. My car is fine with a smaller battery (though not what I'd prefer) and I'll research why my timing and window don't work right. I don't plan to go back to Firestone again.

This was a second opinion confirmation of needing new rear tires. They saw that plus told me about my brakes. First place (North Dakota) didn't mention brakes. Got a decent deal on two Firestone tires. I've done business with them before when I got my Turanzas. Great customer service.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour and a half to do but paperwork said both were done. Went home and discovered that the tires had not in fact been rotated. My proof? The fact that my noticeably more worn down front tires were still on the front axel. Oh, and the rusty lug nut that had gotten completely stuck halfway on my right front tire was still stuck exactly where it been the day before when I tried to rotate my tires in my driveway by hand. Not to fear though. Their complementary safety inspection was quick to inform me my cabin air filter was dirty.

I purchased a set of tires road hazard warranty and got a 4 wheel lifetime alignment. Mike was the rep I dealt with, he is very knowledgeable, and down to earth. They sold me on getting my TPMS stems rebuilt. Basically it's an O-ring and valve core. I am a smoker, and on-base there are only a few places near buildings where you are allowed to smoke. At Firestone the smoking area is adjacent to the stalls. I noticed the guy changing my tires didn't remove my TPMS to change the O-ring. I walked inside to complain ( I should have asked what was going on first ). Mike immediately calmed me down, and said he would find out why. The reason was they had the part that was supposed to cross reference, however the tech noticed they didn't look the same and decided not to chance cutting the O-ring just in case they couldn't get the right part (good call). The tech said he sent someone to get me, but I wasn't in the waiting room. I wasn't I was watching from the smoking area. He apologized for the confusion. On the alignment rack they not only gave me the printouts but allowed me to see the computer to know the pages weren't just printed off a document. They also aligned it on the negative side of the OEM specs (still within spec just on the negative side because I asked them to due to me driving VERY aggressively). All in all I give them an A+ for the work done, and their patients in dealing with someone like me.

I've purchased three sets of tires from them and had an alignment each time. Whoever is doing their alignments is seriously good. I've never seen treadwear as even as mine are wearing, one even after 40,000 miles (and I don't rotate often). They also do quick work, don't try to pressure you into buying extra stuff, and the bill each time has been exactly what they said it would be. They take TireRack deliveries, although I've just bought from them because their price was better than TireRack after shipping.

Made an appointment for 8am, second vehicle to be dropped off that morning. By 4:30pm the vehicle was never even moved. Next day the Jeep was done by 12pm.A lug bolt and nit was sheared off purposely (they were warned it was possibly stuck) but this was never told to me and was discovered by myself a week later. There is no note in the invoice about the incident and the lost lug nut was not returned to me.

Good service but not considerate of customer's time. I had an appointment, showed up on time, asked for two new tires and balancing of other two. Left 2.5 hours later. Should have taken an hour tops.

The manager (his name is Mike, so ask for him!) at this Firestone is the kind of employee I would hire in an instant. I was in a bind and my car had broken down about 20 mikes short of Montgomery, and I later learned my transmission had failed. Firestone can't do anything for transmissions, but the manager, Mike, was super understanding of the situation and offered coffee and did the inspection for free. He even paid for a tow to a transmission specialist out of his own pocket and explained everything in layman's terms. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as it is difficult to find a mechanic with integrity nowadays, and Mike is understanding to any crappy situation with your car. 5/5 STARS!

They really messed my suv wouldn't tell me the truth. I paid to have a tuneup done they only did the front not the back of the motor. I'm so disappointed of the things they did to me because I'm a female. I always have to pay between 600 hundred to over 1,400 dollars or more. If my husband was still alive that would have happened to him it only happen to meThanks alot FirestoneNot happyat all...

I dont mind taking my car here for tire service, I appreciate the fact they never tried to up sell me or offer things I dont need. I have only had one experience that took over an hour and a half, even at the end of that they were able to get me squared away and satisfied. I recommend this location to anyone needing a patch or tire service.
