We Saturday at 4:59pm ( yes it was closing time on a Saturday night) we called over to this place, explained to them what was going on we limped to their parking lot we were told they did not have the tire and that they were closed. Just as we were pulling in Mike, the manager was coming out of the garage (while calling other locations to see if they had the tire size we needed) to let us know what he had already done in 60 seconds!!!! After getting Mike the correct tire size, that he had in stock, he was pulling us in to get the old tire off and new tire on. Scott kept us company and checked us out! These guys were able to get us in and out and back on the road quickly! Despite it being closing time on a Saturday night Mike and Scott were there to provide outstanding customer service, quick action and a can do attitude! Stacy (Manage) and Tony( Lead Tech) and the staff are great! They've been servicing my cars for years.. Explain the issue, and they can take it from there.. Never will they hustle a customer, and always upfront.

Fast, friendly, and great work! Lamar and the other employees always do a great job with my vehicle. I only go here for my oil changes. The staff is very nice, and I don't feel like I'm being pressured into things I don't need.

I honestly love this place. I've lived here for 5 years and this is the only store I go to in Montgomery. They even changed my tires when we realized that they needed replaced. They had to completely rearrange their schedule but they did so willingly and without me even having to ask.

So there I was, just dropped the kids off at school with minutes to spare, running a little behind on my way into work, and with my tire low on air the entire time! It truly felt like a Monday indeed. The caution light erupts to life on my dashboard nearly blinding me, my rear driver side tire...is low on air. *Que dramatic music*I pull into the nearest mechanic shop and park right in front of the first available bay. They were all open and currently being mopped by the staff. Before I have a chance to throw the car in park, there is a young man walking my way. With the car now in park, I step out of the car and he greets me with a warm smile and a "Good Morning to ya, what can we help with?", but before I have a chance to open my mouth he whistles in shock at the sight of my tire. When I turn around to see the damage, there it is, staring me in the face like a angry mother-in-law when you make an inappropriate joke at the dinner table, a screw.Now there's two men attending to my car. Courtney, the first-responder, and Lamar, the muscle. The elect to change out the tire and find what they have in stock. 2 good conversation and half a cup of cheap coffee later I've got keys in my hand and ready to start my day. I made it to work on time too for anyone who was wondering.

They tell you what you need and if you can't take it then leave. They try the best they can. Shout out to the guys that helped me and having the patience for all my questions. YOU GET THE DISH SEAL OF APPROVAL!!!

Great experience! The manager was super professional along with everyone there. They did my oil change and tire rotation in less than 15 min! Awesome service!!!!

Was going to put one star, because the fella that helped me wasn't a help at all. I only ask for oil changed and car rotation and he wanted to fix my tire which turned out it doesn't need fixing. Told me that the tires needs new bolts, but how does it need new bolts when they unbolt it in the first place. I am on a budget and the guy was typical trying to scam me for my money I don't have.

I went to get my oil changed this time which I've been numerous times before but the mechanic I guess was taking too long according to the responses from the other customer that was waiting so he started speeding up and he didn't check my blinkers my brake lights none of that my signals so that was my first time having the job not completely done

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE HERE!! IVE HAD 2 CARS THAT ENDED UP WITH A LOCKED MOTOR, A WEEK OR SO AFTER AN OIL CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION BC THE PPL HERE FORGET TO PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON... THEYLL TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS FINE AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY, WITHOUT AN OIL CAP... YES, THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE, WITH TWO DIFFERENT VEHICLES ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS.. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS..I see they replied to my comment, LYING... SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NEVER SERVICED MY VEHICLES BUT I ASSURE YOU THEY DID... After the 2nd time it happened, I called and they confirmed that I had an oil change at THEIR LOCATION but assured me it wasn't their fault... Now, on my review, They claim they never serviced my vehicle... LIARS!!
