I came to express oil change in a hurry and was helped with compassion and diligence. A guy named Tommy helped me with my change and he didn't disappoint. If u need your car tended to please come see him over here off perry hill rd.

Jamie the so called "master mechanic" put my engine in my 4Runner. I'm giving 1 stars because the engine itself is fine. I'd give no stars because Jamie's customer service was piss poor. When getting my 4Runner back my front bumper was completely out of line. The driver side was hanging down and myself and a couple of guys from ATL HWY Express had to zip tie it back on. Then when I leave I notice my AC isn't blowing cold air. Called Jamie and he told me that if there was freon in it he would've put some in but it didn't have any from the beginning. I'm no master mechanic but I'm fairly certain when you take an old motor off and assemble a new one you have to undo the hoses connecting which in turn drains my freon. A pretty amateur move from a so called "master mechanic." Then after all that all Jamie says is "I don't know take it up with ATL HWY Express they're the ones taking care of you." Yes they were and they did a great job but Jamie you're the one who put my damn engine in! Awful awful service from someone who claims to be a professional. If you hate your job so much dude, just quit. Do something different. I think my engine itself is fine but I'm really not sure, if he could forget to put freon on in what else did he forget??? Wouldn't recommend getting work done there. Instead take it to ATL HWY Express they have a mechanic there and every encounter I've had with him has been knowledgeable, pleasant, and most importantly consistent. AVOID JAMIE at the Express on Perry Hill at all costs or you might not know what you're gonna end up with.

I had a great experience at the Exspress Oil Change on Perry Hill Road. William (the service man) was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle needs. Great job!

Express on Perry hill is the best!! So kind and fit me in for a oil change last min. Not to mention several months back they replace my radiator quickly. Definitely recommend the Perry hill location!

Antwain and Demonta were awesome and very professional. This are two guys you want to have on your team. They went above and beyond just their work. They gave great customer service. All I can say is exceptional employees.

My service experience was phenomenal! No wait, and the technician Charles provided great customer service, answering all of my questions and meeting every need that we discussed. He made recommendations for future service considerations but was not "Sales Pushy" at all. I fealt greatly appreciated as a customer and will certainly continue to use Express Oil Change for all of my essential needs. Thank you Charles!

No one likes going to get an oil change and tire rotation but the guys at this location made the experience fun. This place is great and professional due to the team who works here. I dealt with Khalil today and he was very professional just like everyone else I have dealt with in the past at this location. This is where I bring all of my vehicles, including my Range Rover. They saved me from going to Atlanta GA for a routine oil change.
